Bespoke Business Solutions in Fourways a scam?

I was shocked at the way I was treated by Bespoke Business Solutions in Fourways a so called design company. It was so unreal i started believing I was scammed! The business process is extortionate, the quality of work way out of line of what was promised. I felt bullied, disrespected and nearly convinced that I am actually working for them. Never available to take my calls. They were paid in full from start and when I decided to terminate the circus without anything of value delivered they refused to give half my money back. So they have my R X 000 and I have nothing to show for it. Do not fall in this trap.
