I am lodging this complaint due to Bespoke’s continued lack of communication, transparency, and failure to resolve a serious dispute. I engaged with Bespoke in September 2025 for debt review assistance. I was advised during the initial interaction that the first deduction would only commence at the end of September 2025. After signing what Bespoke claims to be a mandate, I received no follow-up communication at all from the company for almost two months, despite multiple attempts to follow up with their agent. During this period of silence, my vehicle was repossessed by the bank on 14 November 2025. I only managed to get a response after escalating the matter myself in late November. On 29 November 2025, an amount of R3,450.00 was debited from my account — an amount I was never informed of, never budgeted for, and would never have agreed to. This debit left me financially distressed, as it was the last money I had available for my household. Bespoke insisted on a 10–15 business day investigation period, which has fully lapsed, yet: No investigation outcome has been provided No call recordings or proof of consent have been shared No refund has been processed No meaningful feedback has been given Despite multiple follow-ups, Bespoke has now gone completely silent, hiding behind festive closure emails while the matter remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with their service, lack of transparency, and failure to communicate. I am still awaiting a full refund of R3,450.00 and proper accountability. I am posting this review to warn other consumers and to document my experience, as direct engagement with the company has yielded no resolution.

best experience ever!!
Hi my name is Kyle, a month ago someone from bespoke reached out to me to clear my name, and i have to say, that was the best call i ever took. I paid them and within 3 days i got communication back to confirm they are busy with my request, the following week i got another message from them with my clearance letter. I have been paying so many companies lots of money to do this and bespoke managed to assist me in less than 2 weeks. thank you so much for everything you did for me its so nice to know there are still companies out there that is not a ****. Thank you so much

ID number 771229 0834087 .Contact number 0734719604 Yesterday Besboke Credit Solution called me . They convinced me to adjust my installment. Ohk I agreed with them that they should send me contract as document so I can see whatever they told me .Today without signing their contract they already signed me as their customer and I'm not happy with their offer . The main problem is I tried to call the office but no response. The lady who's Ongeziwe as their consultant told me that she is not working on Saturday. I'm afraid that as they already registered me and there's many faults I noticed on their contract what is going to happen in future under my name . I agreed with the lady that I want to include only three(3) installments under credit solution not my house, but their contract is written four(4) installments and when I need answers no answers . May you please help me to cancel whatever they did because I'm not happy with their offer and I didn't sign their contract yet but they already registered my name under their company which is I can't find the offer from another companies because they already blocked me . Their offer is not assisting me with anything called relieved as they mentioned that they wanted to relieved me on stress but giving more depression. Is Bespoke Business Solutions in Fourways a scam?
I was shocked at the way I was treated by Bespoke Business Solutions in Fourways a so called corporate image design company. It was so unreal i started believing I was scammed! The business process is extortionate, the quality of work way out of line of what was promised. I felt bullied, disrespected and nearly convinced that I am actually working for them. Never available to take my calls. Never opening camera on zoom calls as if hiding away. They were paid in full from start and when I decided to terminate the circus without anything of value delivered they refused to give half my money back. So they have my RX000 and I have nothing to show for it. Do not fall in this trap. They are all talk and only able to deliver mediocre substandard results!
