Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Felicity Ditlhare Khaile. ID number 771229 0834087 .Contact number 0734719604 Yesterday Besboke Credit Solution called me . They convinced me to adjust my installment. Ohk I agreed with them that they should send me contract as document so I can see whatever they told me .Today without signing their contract they already signed me as their customer and I'm not happy with their offer . The main problem is I tried to call the office but no response. The lady who's Ongeziwe as their consultant told me that she is not working on Saturday. I'm afraid that as they already registered me and there's many faults I noticed on their contract what is going to happen in future under my name .

I agreed with the lady that I want to include only three(3) installments under credit solution not my house, but their contract is written four(4) installments and when I need answers no answers .

May you please help me to cancel whatever they did because I'm not happy with their offer and I didn't sign their contract yet but they already registered my name under their company which is I can't find the offer from another companies because they already blocked me . Their offer is not assisting me with anything called relieved as they mentioned that they wanted to relieved me on stress but giving more depression.
