Supa Quick only cares about our money ,not our well-being . I'm still struggling with a tire issue I experienced after purchasing a R3 100 tire from them in December 2024. Today I left without resolution as they refused to assist me .

They failed me and reported to Hello Petter on the 15th of January 2025. They did not get respond until today from SupaQuick Randfontein. The matter is, I left with the tire cost me R3 100 fitted last month December 2024, and Supa Quick management told me that there's nothing they can do and I can do The solution is to buy another tire as the continental brand of tire does not have warrantee. Subject Defective Continental Tyre Puchased at Supa Quick Randfontein My name: Ditlhare Felicity Khaile I bought two continental tyres from Supa Quick Randfontein on the 15 November 2024 for R6200. One tyreis now Swollen and useless. When I asked Supa Quick to help, the manager said it might be a pothole and they couldn't do anything. I am unhappy with their response . I want them to replace or refund the defective tyre. Especially as it took only half a month. Above that there was no transparency saying if I experience any problem they wouldn't help. Despite my previous complaint and subsequent refund, they've deducted money from my account again. 15th of August 2024 Standard bank deducted R2 882,50 17th September 2024 after my complaint, they refunded the full amount 15th October 2024, Standard bank deducted R2 882,50 again without permission I am extremely frustrated and concerned about these repeated unauthorized transactions. Debtbusters didn't help me but they promised to assist me with my finances, but when Standard Bank deducted from my account after they deducted they ignored me and I had to call them not them to contact me . I fail to understand why Debtbusters is ignoring this as they promised me that they will take control to my accounts. I made them aware on the 16th of August 2024 that standard bank deducted R2 882,50 on the 15th of August 2024. As they deducted R6000,00 as Debtbusters to my account on the very same day of the 15th August 2024. Debtbusters doesn't care and to respond on that I had to call them and continue sent the emails . They are always praising my patience and not paying back my money. I am facing the circumstances that prevent me from continuing with the program .
