Name : sizwe nkosi I D number:9103296197083 Contact number:0661528112 Dear sir/madam I am writing to seek assistance regarding my unfair dismissal form Aqua transport and plant hire.where I was abruptly dismissal without a written explanation or evidence accused of *****ing coal (ikhwezi mine) on the 15th of February 2024 The event unfolded as follows 1. The company lost coal and decided to test drivers without prio notice on the 15th February 2024 2. I was called to the office expecting a meeting to discuss the incident and future actions 3. Instead I was subjected to a polygraph test without informed consent 4. The results were not disclosed to me but the controller later informed me that I was dismissed due to alleged theft 5. My contact information was removed from the company WhatsApp group by Jerald the controller I was emotionaly distressed and sought employment elsewhere however I discovered that my license was booked preventing me from working upon returning to my ex-controller I was told to contact,(ikhwezi mine) but I lack documentation or clarity on the parties involved Request your assistance in 1. Unblocking my license to allow me to seek new employment on apportunities 2. Investigate the unfair dismissal and polygraph testing without informed consent 3. Obtaining my uif benefits as promised but not delivered Please help me regain my opportunity to work and resolve the matter. Your's faithful Sizwe nkosi

AQUA DOES not pay their accounts!!!!!
Aqua transport and plant hire does not pay their accounts! They make use of small companies to do work for them and then simply ignore payment demands! Absolutely poor- almost a YEAR rafter work was done!!!

Ndabamndayi retention
I did work for Aqua Transport as a Sub-contractor. They held back 10 percent of my money which is payable after a year. The year finished in November last year. Vimal has been promising to pay but nothing has happened. I've got correspondence to back this up.

The guys at Aqua Transport (0798953192) are so laughable. All I asked for was a quotation; I gave them all information that they required including the location of the site but the only to find out that they went straight to my client look isn't, trying to circumvent my company. You would expect such low life behavior from unprofessionals. My advise is to try companies like Hammer Hire or Bab**** because AQUA TRANSPORT WILL F*CK UP BUSINESS FOR YOU. MAKES YOU QUESTION THEIR BAD SERVICES WHEN ONE OF THEIR MACHINES BREAKS DOWN ON SITE

Non Payment of Accommodation
<p>They use every excuse in the book not to pay!! Very dissappointed in the personnel in their creditors department whom reckons that it is not their problem. Please ensure that if you offer accommodation to them that they strictly pay up front, else you are not getting paid</p>

Now on a promise they took more goods from us and now will not pay for them either. Absolutely rotten company from head to toe a real disgrace. Even caught me on C.O.D now all because we try to help out.
