Now this is bull, THANDO from customer care is such a poor consultant!!! My call UNFORTUNATELY reached her twice, with me looking for answers as to when my order will be dispatched and the 2nd call she told me, wait for it: "my nr will be blocked by them as I'm calling about the same query and I'm not co-operating with her"!!! The cheeck!! She explained to me 3-4 times that Christmas day and boxing day is not working days and weekends too, I told her on the 4th time, I understand, she kept on speaking, she raised her voice and kept on speaking to me like i'm a 2yr old and!! I WILL NEVER RECCOMEND VODACOM TO ANYONE. I joined them 20 YRS ago with my 1st contract and since then, their service just declined!! Absolutely disgusted....
I have placed an order with them, NEVER EVER in life have I received this level of service! It’s disgusting, no email feedback, call centre is a mess and I’m still waiting for my parcel after 6 working days! I requested a refund and apart from queries having a 3 working day SLA, a refund has a 7-14 day SLA! What a joke! Certainly my 1st and last order from them, EVER!!!! 100 calls and more than 7 emails!
Logged a ***** case with ABSA, AGAIN, just like the previous one I had it took MORE than a month. Up to this date not one consultant has phoned me, I followed up, left NUMEROUS messages, with replies: the agent will return your call, yet I’m still waiting for the call, not even mentioning my money back. It’s sad to think that EVERY TIME you report a case, you first have to lodge a HP complaint to receive the service you actually pay for, each and every month!
I received a marketing call from Vodacom’s marketing dept and they offered me an upgrade on my existing contract for data router, “R10 more per month”! It ended up being wayyy more. I called numerous times, spoke to different consultants, NO FEEDBACK up until this day! Quick to sell something but NO after sales service from Vodacom.
FNB Vredendal Western Cape is PATHETIC!!!!!!! I have asked numerous times! The ATM’s is poor or out of service, cuts off reference nrs, takes money and states unsuccessful, numerous complaints and NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT IT. This is my 2nd complaint to HP and they (FNB) solved my complaint without any improvement!
FNB Vredendal is terrible, each and every morning I have to do my banking they are servicing the ATM’s. 9h30 in the morning!?? This soooo irritating, can these kind of this not be done before trading hours commence?! Hê only have two ATM’s in town, this is SUCH a frustration! Forever either ‘being serviced’ or ‘limited service’. You can do better FNB!!
I have had a claim in March already and submitted a third party’s details for my excess to be recovered as it was not my fault. I gave Santam the details of the third party ON the day I reported the claim and now 7 months down the line, I have not gotten ANY feedback whatsoever and no excess back! The dept responsible for the recoveries says to me, when I phone: we managed to get hold of the third party’s details?!! What??!!! The appointed consultant working on my case doesn’t even go to the effort to phone me back. Pathetic customer service. Santam is not what they used to be years back. I’m disappointed
Aqua transport and plant hire does not pay their accounts! They make use of small companies to do work for them and then simply ignore payment demands! Absolutely poor- almost a YEAR rafter work was done!!!
It’s a pity you can’t rate negative stars. The Vredendal branch stinks! Their food is disgusting to say the least. Old chips, dried out fillets, chocking hazard hashbrowns. The quality is just NEVER up to standard. The ice cream machine is always out of order. They don’t have stock of…..wait for it- chicken and or wings! It’s absurd. Maybe there’s a valid reason as to why the abroad mother company is wanting withdraw from SA. Not surprised about the “company dis not reply on all reviews “! You suck
Unlucky for me there is no minus stars!!! I reported a fraudulent transaction on the 9th of Jan, it’s now the 31st of Jan and ABSOLUTELY nothing was done thus far, no feedback on progress, NO telephone number to call them, no reversal of my money possible. Is this what we pay for, for years and years and then this? Absa’s service is utterly POOR!! Pathetic to say the least! I even have 2 ref nrs an neither has provided any solutions to my problem…..
