The company lost coal and decided to test drivers without prio notice on the 15th February 2024 2. I was called to the office expecting a meeting to discuss the incident and future actions 3. Instead I was subjected to a polygraph test without informed consent 4. The results were not disclosed to me but the controller later informed me that I was dismissed due to alleged theft 5. My contact information was removed from the company WhatsApp group by Jerald the controller I was emotionaly distressed and sought employment elsewhere however I discovered that my license was booked preventing me from working upon returning to my ex-controller I was told to contact,(ikhwezi mine) but I lack documentation or clarity on the parties involved Request your assistance in 1. Unblocking my license to allow me to seek new employment on apportunities 2. Investigate the unfair dismissal and polygraph testing without informed consent 3.
