I am lodging this complaint due to Bespoke’s continued lack of communication, transparency, and failure to resolve a serious dispute.
I engaged with Bespoke in September 2025 for debt review assistance. I was advised during the initial interaction that the first deduction would only commence at the end of September 2025. After signing what Bespoke claims to be a mandate, I received no follow-up communication at all from the company for almost two months, despite multiple attempts to follow up with their agent.
During this period of silence, my vehicle was repossessed by the bank on 14 November 2025. I only managed to get a response after escalating the matter myself in late November.
On 29 November 2025, an amount of R3,450.00 was debited from my account — an amount I was never informed of, never budgeted for, and would never have agreed to. This debit left me financially distressed, as it was the last money I had available for my household.
Bespoke insisted on a 10–15 business day investigation period, which has fully lapsed, yet:
No investigation outcome has been provided
No call recordings or proof of consent have been shared
No refund has been processed
No meaningful feedback has been given
Despite multiple follow-ups, Bespoke has now gone completely silent, hiding behind festive closure emails while the matter remains unresolved.
I am extremely disappointed with their service, lack of transparency, and failure to communicate. I am still awaiting a full refund of R3,450.00 and proper accountability.
I am posting this review to warn other consumers and to document my experience, as direct engagement with the company has yielded no resolution.
