I am lodging this complaint due to Bespoke’s continued lack of communication, transparency, and failure to resolve a serious dispute. I engaged with Bespoke in September 2025 for debt review assistance. I was advised during the initial interaction that the first deduction would only commence at the end of September 2025. After signing what Bespoke claims to be a mandate, I received no follow-up communication at all from the company for almost two months, despite multiple attempts to follow up with their agent. During this period of silence, my vehicle was repossessed by the bank on 14 November 2025. I only managed to get a response after escalating the matter myself in late November. On 29 November 2025, an amount of R3,450.00 was debited from my account — an amount I was never informed of, never budgeted for, and would never have agreed to. This debit left me financially distressed, as it was the last money I had available for my household. Bespoke insisted on a 10–15 business day investigation period, which has fully lapsed, yet: No investigation outcome has been provided No call recordings or proof of consent have been shared No refund has been processed No meaningful feedback has been given Despite multiple follow-ups, Bespoke has now gone completely silent, hiding behind festive closure emails while the matter remains unresolved. I am extremely disappointed with their service, lack of transparency, and failure to communicate. I am still awaiting a full refund of R3,450.00 and proper accountability. I am posting this review to warn other consumers and to document my experience, as direct engagement with the company has yielded no resolution.

I have received sms saying i gave concern to check my credit affordability and i dont know this people, then next thing i receive a whatsapp call , their back ground was veeeeeeerrrrry loud and i told this lady that i dont know you people and what is this???? the lady coulnt explain to me and gave the phone to the guy who said they are sorry , but while on a call i received the same SMS from them with the diff id nr....i am just so angry for playing around with my ID number and where did you guys get my personal details because i dont have any debts. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED OR THEIR EMPLOYEES THEY NEED 100% PROPER TRAINING. I AM SO ****ED OFF 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I just got a call from a lady at Bespoke Credit Solutions and Informed her that I am not interested because I have all my things in order. The call lasted for 53 seconds and the next thing I am receiving an SMS saying I gave consent for a credit report. I'd like to know when did I give consent. What sort of a **** is this lady running because I did not give any consent. Why is she doing a credit assessment. I tried calling the number back but it doesn't go through 021 753 2674. I'd like the proof of me giving you guys consent to do credit assessment. Please remove my details from your system so that no one can call me again since you are giving yourself consent on my behalf. I was surprised when I got an SMS saying I gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-04-03. Reason: Credit assessment. Bespoke Credit Solutions.
