During May 2025, I contracted Bespoke Wall & Interiors to supply wallpaper. I accepted their quote and made payment of R3140 via EFT into their FNB account. I dealt with Yolanda Heyns, who assured me of delivery.
During August 2025, I enquired about delivery, and Yolanda Heyns rep**** that she had missed the order and would dispatch it as soon as possible.
On 15 September 2025, I followed up, and she stated that she had overcooked the order, would book it into production, and dispatch it in the next few days.
On 16 September 2025, she promised dispatch the following Wednesday.
However, on 29 September 2025, she informed me of financial challenges and business closure, stating I would receive a refund at the end of November 2025 due to bridging finance.
