Dealt with Yolanda Heyns at Bespoke Interiors and paid 1st amount of R13 320 in July 2025, then paid another R6720 mid-August 2025, totaling R20 040. I have not received my wallpaper or a refund. Yolanda Heyns has closed the business and is ghosting me. On 2 October 2025, I received an email from Bespoke Interiors (from Yolanda) stating that the company is in financial difficulty and is closing down. She said that I would get a full refund or products by 31 October 2025. She was waiting to secure financial bridging. To date, there is no refund or product. I know where she is working and ask a colleague at the company to get her to contact me. The colleague passed on a message to me saying that Yolanda said her lawyer would contact me.
