I finally received my refund but feel that people need to watch out and be careful, not everyone is as persistent as myself and do truly believe that if I wasn’t so forceful and aggressive, this company would of walked away with my money. What an absolute nightmare I have just gone through! The woman that I was dealing with Yolanda, not sure if she is the owner as she wouldn’t respond to me even though I asked 3 times. Very unprofessional and if she is the owner, well then I don’t know how she is still open with all of the lies. I ordered a wallpaper piece last year which I had no trouble getting, paid and it arrived within two weeks to PE. I truly was impressed with the company and knew that I would definitely use them again!Worst mistake I could of done - on the 26th of July I contacted Yolanda with a design in mind, she said not a problem she would get her design team on it and send a draft for approval. I paid for this on the 30th of July. On the 14th of August I followed up with the draft, understandable it is a custom piece I was patient. On the 26th of August I needed another design (picked off the website) she said that it would need to get send separately as the custom design was nearly ready, so I had to pay for two deliveries, didn’t have a issue with that at all! Now this is where it gets interesting and unprofessional - every-time I kept following up with her she kept replying that she would send it”today” or at least the tracking number. This woman confused me to the point I had to come up with a conclusion that I had been ****med. I had to threaten her with social media just for her to send me a tracking number for the incorrect wallpaper panel (the second panel I had ordered a panel of roughly 1m x 1,5m ) she informed me that the second panel would be SLIGHTLY bigger which I said was fine. I received my order, so excitedly, only to be let down by the fact that she had only sent me the second panel and not the first one I had order on the 26th of July. The second panel was far to over sized(3 times the size) and the panel needed to be cut which I tried to explain to her that it wasn’t going to work as this image is so enlarged that when we cut it to the size the full image won’t be seen - I mean you would think that someone that owns/ runs a wallpaper company would understand this. She brushed it off stating that she wouldn’t charge me for the full size, not the point at all and honestly I just wanted my custom design I couldn’t fight with a plank about this. She then argued with me that the first panel was wrapped and sent to me (not sure if I had the D word written on my forehead or something) but then she continued to blame her supplier that there was a printing error on the design and it would get seen to promptly and it would get sent immediately. I started doing more research on this company and have seen afew really bad reviews on Hello Peter about Bespoke Walls and Interior. Which I sent to her. As a business owner myself this is not how you portray yourself or even act. It’s the lies that do it for me - if she was just honest from the start I probably wouldn’t be writing this post! I really hope this post can’t help atleast one person to not fall into this trap, it’s really not pleasant when you deal with people like Yolanda.
