Subject: Complaint regarding faulty Willard battery purchased at Best Drive Lenasia Dear hello peter I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention the issues I have encountered with a Willard battery that I purchased earlier this year for my Ford Ranger 2018 model at your establishment, Best Drive Lenasia at Signet. Within just two months of purchasing the battery, it unexpectedly died. I promptly returned to your store to have it exchanged, and I was assisted by Mpumi. During the exchange process, I requested that the battery be checked along with my car to ensure that there were no underlying issues causing the battery to fail. The staff confirmed that the car was charging properly, and I was given a new battery as a replacement. Unfortunately, the same issue recurred, and the new battery died once again. Concerned that there might be a problem with my vehicle, I had it thoroughly inspected, but everything was found to be in good working order. The technicians determined that the battery itself was faulty. I returned the battery and requested a different brand as the Willard battery was proving to be unreliable. However, I was met with resistance from a sales assistant named Roses, who not only refused to assist me but also insisted that I purchase a new battery instead. When I requested to speak to the branch manager or owner, I was informed that they were unavailable as they were in a meeting. I am left puzzled as to why I should be expected to purchase a new battery when the one I initially bought is still well within the 2-year warranty period. Did email best drive head office however even now no responsed ,I am now left with old battery I kindly request that this matter be addressed promptly and that a satisfactory resolution be reached. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response to discuss how this issue can be resolved in a manner that upholds the terms of the warranty. I bought 3 tyres in store later I discovered that the was price manipulation when I order online is cheaper and I spoke to them and they keep on telling stories later I was given the contact number which suppose to be the regional manager when I called that number is ringing till to voice mail and the response later I wanted to buy the forth one but when I see the online pricing I felt I was ****med I wanted to return those 3 I bought so I can buy online all of them because there much cheaper till today I m still waiting for their regional to respond nothing is just ripping the customer off on pricing Bad service I will not suggest anyone to go there Regardi Natbi

I replaced two new tires and the workers decided not to tight all my four wheels, if it was not for a puncture an hour later, who knows I might have been an ancestor by now.What makes matters worse is the ****** who assisted me flatly denies,meaning there is a potential he has done it before and might repeat it over and over with no consequence!
