After making a booking via email well in advance from another province I was told at the last half an hour before checking in that they fully booked besides having received confirmation. To make matters worse the owner blamed it on me and that grinded my nuts big time and he couldn't care less about finding me an alternative.I thing they profile customers and 'prioritize' #AnimalFarm
I replaced two new tires and the workers decided not to tight all my four wheels, if it was not for a puncture an hour later, who knows I might have been an ancestor by now. What makes matters worse is the ****** who assisted me flatly denies, meaning there is a potential he has done it before and might repeat it over and over with no consequence!
Not sure where to begin but everything you wouldn't like and expect from an insurance approved repairer. They were horrible in terms of telephone etiquette from the initial booking of the vehicle, mixed up dates agreed on,missed deadline to fix the car without even being apologetic about it.Upon collection of the vehicle it looked good however after the first wash the poor workmanship surfaced.Took it up with the manager William,as rude as he can get with "I'm the boss attitude" he booked the car in but not before I had to involve my insurer. On the day I dropped off the vehicle we almost came to blows as he had the nerve to tell me I was unreasonable for bringing an unwashed car for fixing, he "didn't know why my insurer booked me there as unreasonable as I was". In brief if you wanna be disrespected and talked down upon be the the guest there.
I was accused of stealing a towel on the morning of checking out, that was despite multiple electricity trippings on my only stand alone rooms. Even before I checked out the owners rocked in my room without notice and ransacked the room.Upon realising I was not the culprit, they couldn't care to apologise. As a native stay away or be prepared to be humiliated...cheers.
Very efficient with communication...short and sharp. No fine print on their policy documents.
They are consistent with their poor service from changing the price in between negotiating a deal to adding information after the deal has been signed to avoid having to deal with a (cash customer). Moses (sales man) pre owned department is something else. Go buy at your own peril!
I was sold a damaged cellphone upon indicating it on the customer survey,a manager called to the store,PR exercise and pretended to solve the problem by promising to replace damaged part since they can't replace or discount the product, her deadline passed,no communication whatsoever.
My labour matter been outstanding for eight months, their outsourced attorneys been lackey, one didn't attend the CCMA sitting.Legalwise now do not know where my files are, they have of late decided to ignore my correspondence with them, even the manager in charge.
