Good day, I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the sales and support team at MotorDeal JHB South, specifically Fayaaz Saloojee who went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting in my purchase of my car. Fayaaz's diligence, proficiency and after sales support was totally next level and thanks to his efforts the MotorDeal group not only has a very happy customer but they have also won over my loyalty as I will only be dealing with this company for my vehicle requirements and I have been happily recommended them to friends and colleagues. Fayaaz, thank you so much for all your efforts and assistance, it is greatly appreciated and the experience is one will not soon forget!

What a racist guy is the financial management guy, submitted my application and he told me he will get back to me and he did not, when I called in, he says i am being declined because I am a bad payer, I was like, hello I have been paying my account well for the pas 7 years. 1s of all, he didn't even wanted us to go into his office, he pretended to be on the phone. I will never recommend anyone blackchild to go and buy a car there

Called you this morning regarding the booking for Monday spoke to a lady and she transferred me to the service department no one responded from your service department. She took my number so that I will be contacted and no one contacted me. This is really poor service. This is not the first time I have experienced this service with you. This will be my last service with you., also to think I bought my two cars with you. I am very disappointed in the service you provide

They are consistent with their poor service from changing the price in between negotiating a deal to adding information after the deal has been signed to avoid having to deal with a (cash customer). Moses (sales man) pre owned department is something else. Go buy at your own peril!

Booked in a nissan almera for major service on the 19 march 2021 service was completed and the checklist ticked for all inspections. A week later the car has a problem with the wheel bearings that where checked and approved worthy for driving. Now motordeal consultant said they cant fix the issue and couldn't test drive the car hence they couldn't pick up the issue early " but check list says its in good condition "

Mussa Mulandzi from Nissan Motordeal in Gold Reef is the man to speak to if you need a new Nissan vehicle. I dealt with him and I had the most pleasant experience. He listened carefully to my needs and was very honest with what was possible in my situation. He made sure that I get my vehicle and that the installment was within my price range. I also got a very good deal on my trade-in vehicle.

Mussa Mulandzi from Nissan Motordeal in Gold Reef is the man to speak to if you need a new Nissan vehicle. I dealt with him and I had the most pleasant experience. He listened carefully to my needs and was very honest with what was possible in my situation. He made sure that I get my vehicle and that the installment was within my price range. I also got a very good deal on my trade-in vehicle.

I tried applying for a Datsun go+ cvt as on the ad it was stating the insurance was free for 12 months and the repayment was concluded by the sales manager was R3200.00 including insurance with Nedbank than I agreed on the but Mohammed Hussain Kara came back two days later telling me now the repayment is R3900 excluding insurance, I was very clear to him that in that case I am no longer interested but now he just called me telling me if I am not interest I must call insurance company I DON'T EVEN KNOW THE INSURANCE COMPANY. but now Mohammed keeps telling me I must call them. I am not happy with him giving my information to third parties and my account number not is not safe cos of this dealership.
