I have never been so disappointed, mad , taken for a fool as bankmed has done for the past month till now, my daughters is registered for diabetic type 1, first bankmed was reusing to pay for her medication telling me its not on the list fine I had to go see a specialist and pay cash for consultation fine medical was changed to what bankmed covered and now I trying to get her insulin pin but I'm told no bankmed only cover Apidra cartridges and Optisulin cartridge 3ml not a pen. I have no idea what to do with this cartridges as its been 7 years using pens. when I called them I am told I must go to a doctor have him teach me how to use this. I am writing this complaint with tears on my eyes for the inconsideration this medical aid has for client. My daughter is now 4 days without medication. I am in so much pain.
I placed an order at dosbenville my order was not delivered,I called to complain and place a new order the consultant were very rude and dropped the phone on me.
I have cancelled my booking with garden court South beach in Durban on the 11 last month and I was promised my full refund in 7 to 14 days now it's been over 14 days for my refund. I filled all the forms they requested of me but now they just not doing what they promised on there end. I did call them before the lockdown and the consultant was very rude and just told me to wait, I still don't understand why should I wait for this long for refund or maybe they still waiting for the paper to print my money with I don't know. I need my refund ASAP Thank you
I have purchased sim card from rain of R478 with unlimited data 4g, money was taken upon my purchase on Monday and I received my simcard yesterday however the him card is not working I have complained with rain via email as no one answers they calls but still no responds and I have tried to chat with them but still no help. My money is now with rain and they do not care about the service they must provide. I took up this sim to work at home but now I can't even work.
This is the third complain about this company, I have sent them my script on monday and i was told my meds will be delivered on thursday today when i call them I am out of meds they now telling me i will get them Monday so meaning I must go 4 days without meds cos incompentent and they do not care about clients health all they care about is money. I tried applying for a Datsun go+ cvt as on the ad it was stating the insurance was free for 12 months and the repayment was concluded by the sales manager was R3200.00 including insurance with Nedbank than I agreed on the but Mohammed Hussain Kara came back two days later telling me now the repayment is R3900 excluding insurance, I was very clear to him that in that case I am no longer interested but now he just called me telling me if I am not interest I must call insurance company I DON'T EVEN KNOW THE INSURANCE COMPANY. but now Mohammed keeps telling me I must call them. I am not happy with him giving my information to third parties and my account number not is not safe cos of this dealership.
I have purchased a Samsung washing machine from fair price at Bree street and the machine started giving problems I went to fair price to advised them September about it and I was promised they will ask Samsung to fix it but even today that hasn't happened I have been calling them but still I keep getting stories.
Good morning I have a real problem with scriptwise I truly don’t understand why I have to always make sure my meds are delivered On time as you don’t deliver my meds yet and if this company cared enough about client and they chronic illnesses my meds Would be delivered by the 20th as the last delivery was done on the 23/24 so it’s clear by now I don’t have meds but no With you I have to call after defaulting on meds to remind your company I need my medication. Than what is the point of bankmed Or even scriptwise its better one just go to the public clinic were they generally care about people not money…. I am so ****ed of at this point as both bankmed and scriptwise have no care for us.
<p>Bankmed is the worst medical aid and I really don't even understand why are banks forcing they staff to take this useless medical aid. They never communicate anything.</p> <p>first of all I am on basic last time I went to see a doctor was Dr Chacaile and the doctor was never paid by this so called medical aid, So the Doctor was not paid now I can not see that doctor anymore. now I had to findout from they staff what was the next doctor on the network I was provided Dr MJ Modimola the same doctor is not paid saying his out of my network (not listed as my primary doctor) I paid R1680 a month for this Medical aid and on top of it all I also have to pay for my GP'S visit. I'm five months pregnant with two kids and I can not even afford to put them on my medical aid on top on that I have to go to the public clinics for my pregancy checkup as bankmed will not pay anything.</p>
