Mishandling meds
Every single month I have some or other issue with my delivery. EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! At this point I almost feel like they’re deliberately mishandling my meds out of spite because there’s nothing I can do to change it. I’m so tired!

Every single month I have some or other issue with my delivery. EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! At this point I almost feel like they’re deliberately mishandling my meds out of spite because there’s nothing I can do to change it. I’m so tired!

Awesome service
I have been using Scriptwise for a while now and find their services and staff to be very efficient. I always get my medz on time and they even assist with getting an updated script. Their call center is of a high standard and the staff are always friendly and accomodating. Thanks to everyone who works there

Awesome service

Chronic medication not delivered
ood day, poor service, few days without medication, I whatsapp them they just blue tick me. I phoned the boring automative switchboards finished my airtime. This my chronic medication. 0684817041 my contact number

You are getting 1 star because this site does not give the option of 0 stars. Your service leaves a lot to be desired and this is not the first time I'm having problems. No delivery was made on October and I had to kiss ass to get a delivery on 7 Nov 2022. It's now 10 Dec 2022 and Scriptwise is, once again, a no-show. I know you asshats don't respond here, but I thought I'd add my opinion - maybe if enough folks complained, you'll jack up your service and stop playing games with the lives and health of others.

BAD SERVICE
THE WORST SERVICE EVER, GAMBLING WITH PEOPLE`S LIVES DUE TO INCOMPETENT CONSULTANTS. i HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY CHRONIC MEDICATION TO BE DELIVERED IN TIME SINCE NOVEMBER 2021 AND NO ONE WANTS TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING

Delay on chronic medication but quick to charge on medical aid
My medication was supposed to be delivered on the 30th and they charged on my medical aid but I still dont have my medication, I have been calling them numerous times but no one seems to know when will my medication be delivered. Its chronic medication I cannot be without it. I suggest they send my prescription back and I will use another pharmacy because this not good for my health

Bad service
This is the third complain about this company, I have sent them my script on monday and i was told my meds will be delivered on thursday today when i call them I am out of meds they now telling me i will get them Monday so meaning I must go 4 days without meds cos incompentent and they do not care about clients health all they care about is money.
