Mishandling meds
Every single month I have some or other issue with my delivery. EVERY SINGLE MONTH!! At this point I almost feel like they’re deliberately mishandling my meds out of spite because there’s nothing I can do to change it. I’m so tired!

Cake swindler!!
Please save your money and do not order a custom cake from this company. The cake I received looked nothing like the picture, was incredibly untidy/sloppy and they misspelled my nieces name on the cake. It’s really not worth the very expensive price tag and you risk spoiling your function by taking a chance on this very very disappointing company!!! There are definitely other cake companies out there who will take care to do a good job.

Non-delivery!
My order has apparently been “out for delivery” since 19 June. Today is the 26th!! How is that even possible?!! This is totally unacceptable. I’m not sure why the company even bothers to indicate delivery dates because clearly it does not mean anything to them!!!
