Bad service

Parcel went missing. For week training to get some one to tell me what is happening. It's a expensive parcel. No one are doing anything about it 😡

Bad Service

They load the stuff wrong. Put us on 50g and not uncapped. They said they will fixs it immediately. 2 days later out of data and have to struggle more than 2 days to get it fixs. Still nothing. I stay on farm can't do anything only way to work is with internet... I am nit even 4 days with them and that's how they treat there customers

Bad service

My computer broke. They said 2 weeks. Almost 3 months later I get it back. They come and get it bay me but they keep delivering it at wrong place. I had to go to Bloemfontein to get it. The software was incorrect that they put on. They said they wil do it with TeamViewer, they crush my computer again. Then they deleted all my back up. It cost me to take it to someone else to fix it. They don't want to pay for anything. I lost my salary for 3 month because of them. That is not hoebyou work. The computer are under warranty still. I will never recommend them to any one.

Bad after sale

I am now struggling for month to get answers feom them what is going on with my laptop. Its my income and they don't care. Every day I phone and they say they will phone me back but nothing. Email them nothing.
