My experience was positive and the support response was acceptable. Date for remote support was rescheduled because of availability however friendly support received from Siyabonga.

If I could rate them minus 100 i would. They are the worst "service" provider in South Africa. They promise the world and deliver NOTHING. The COO - Mohammed, promised to resolve our problem, but did not even have the courtesy to return our call after he had promised to do so. Cassim is full of promises but low on delivery; in fact, he is ********* in his dealings with customers. Morlick tried to install 2nd hand equipment, but not all the equipment was required to make the system functional. When I questioned the installer, he offered to "install" all the equipment at an additional cost. Have requested a refund ito the CPA, am been ignored, no response to my emails. DONT NOT USE UNLESS YOU HAVE PATIENTS FOR B/S

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We enlisted for two packages on two separate devices and it was installed. And since then, you guessed it, NO INTERNET CONNECTION WHATSOEVER! Sure, they very efficient in sending invoices for payments and ensuring they charge, but more than that - you have a better chance for a Hail Mary. We have been patient, chatting on their WhatsApp line, sending emails - no response. Currently been waiting over an hour on their WhatsApp line to cancel. If it's my lucky day and I get any sliver of service from them, I may spoil myself and get a lotto ticket online - oh wait, I can't do that because I've been paying for internet from Morclick and I have got that! Rather use your hard earned money consumers, for a business that is interested in providing you with a service in exchange for the charges. In simple terms: DO NO USE MORCLICK NO MATTER WHAT!

I have read a few other reports regarding the Morclick service and I have to agree 100% - the internet connection is almost non existent - again it has been noticed over the past few months. They are impossible to get hold of. They have no telephone number - I have had technicians promise to do line tests and i have had to leave work early so they connect and then no one helps me and I cant get hold of anyone to confirm the appointment. I have tried to cancel the contract but they want to charge me the balance of the contract which is absolutely not acceptable. As it is I am paying R 999.00 for a service I cant use. In the month of January I used 1GB of data. This is ******ion.

For anyone planning on using this service - Please DO NOT! They make you pay for installation and promise installation within a time period but keep making excuses. Over a month now and they need more money to complete the installation. Take note this is a simple small install for home use. No contact number to phone - only via whatsap chat bots. Terrible customer service and rude staff. We have not been able to even use their internet service as they have not even installed yet.

We live on a farm, been with Morclick for more than a year, I'm leaving a review to help other people, I've got screenshots we're they tell me on WhatsApp that everything is fine when I can't even download a WhatsApp status or voice notes, or the other thing is the Data is always used up and then you get capped

We are extremely disappointed with Morclick. For 2 months now our internet is super slow. We can hardly watch Netflix or anything. We have send an email and also tried calling the numbers on Google. I have even send a WhatsApp to one of the people working with Morclick. It's like they do not exist. But they expect you to pay full amount. And they are strict when it comes to your contract with them. This is one of the worst service providers I have worked with. Not your money worth. If I could give them a minus 10 rating I would have. Morclick just remember without your customer's monthly payment you won't have a business. Shame on you!

I have even send a WhatsApp to one of the people working with Morclick. It's like they do not exist. But they expect you to pay full amount. I have been struggling with this issue for almost 3months now... Not getting any reply on email or whatsapp.. I have copied my exact email to this review, maybe it will help to escalate my issue.
