I have been struggling with this issue for almost 3months now... Not getting any reply on email or whatsapp.. I have copied my exact email to this review, maybe it will help to escalate my issue. I have not received any account or statement in atlease 1year. I am not allowed to cancell my contract according to them but i also have no servicd. Please advise otherwise i see no other option as to contact the CPA and Hello Peter. Regards Endria Enslin
Worst service ever received from Cell C Tzaneen. After having a prepaid number for 10years i recently had problems with phone saying not registered on network. I went to Cell C Tzaneen branch to get help and were told that i need to do a sim swap without even looking if it might be a setting on the phone. Was told that they needed my id book ( lisence not accepted) after offering to mail it to them while in the shop they refused and said that the back page needs to be copied as well. Back page contains no info and all are exactly the same. They still refused and said i need to return with my id book which i did the very next day. Again got there and after being told that they will only need my id book now was told i must have proof of residence. This was made clear even before i set foot in the store. Have to mention that this was 16:50 so guessing it was a bit to lose to closing time to make some effort to help a customer. I need to mention that i travel 30km km everytime to get to the store. After this " wonderfull" service i will now after all this time switch over to a different network, one that still believe that customer service exists.
