The staff at midstream are more welcoming compared to other branches I have been to. I was assisted by Tshepi Nkhabelane. She was professional, patient and made sure I got all the assistance I needed.

I had a new and additional item to insure. Thully Mbuthane assisted me with ease. She was able to get me a good price. She was friendly and yet professional in the way she treated me. Once again, I am a happy OUTsurance client.

Great customer experience at the pre owned section.
I have walked to many dealerships in the past two months and as much as the reception has been generally good, I would always feel like I’m dealing with people who simply wanted me to buy a car so they can reach their targets. This was not the experience at CMH Ford Gezina, PTA. I had spoken with Tshepo from pre owned division over the phone. We made an arrangement for a viewing. When I arrived I was welcomed by a gentleman who introduced me to Tshepo. This Tshepo was in the new car sales. He wasn’t the one I was supposed to meet. However, he was kind, pleasant and happy to take me to the Tshepo at the pre owned section. Usually sales executives rush you and try corner you. Tshepo was professional and told me what I needed to know while he took his time to understand my needs. We took the vehicle for a test drive and this did not feel rushed. I have been buying cars for years, but this was one of the few times I have dealt with someone who possesses the qualities of a great sales person- he is passionate, knowledgeable, patient, solutions driven and transparent. I did not just feel like another customer. Well done Ford Gezina for how your sales executives deal with people. I’m in the process of buying the vehicle, and the 1 hour to this dealership was worth every minute.

As soon as I submitted a claim on the app, I got a call to help process it. The process was explained telepathically and an email was sent to me afterwards with all the details. The following day I was advised of the the outcome of the mechanical warranty claim. Really good service and customer care.

Honest and reliable
Marc Myburgh at Monument Toyota in Wilro Park is one of the best sales executives I have ever encountered. He offered me great service and made sure the vehicle was in great condition before delivery. I would recommend Marc and SUMARI VAN ASWEGEN plus the dealership because they are honest and professional which is a rare find these days.

Good service.
I had a rim that was bent after hitting a pothole near Benoni. I called Rims Africa in Randburg and I was well assisted. I then took my car in and the staff were quick to help me even with the challenge of load shedding. Thank you for getting me back on the road safely at such short notice. Your workshop area might be small but your service is great.

I want to appreciate Decia Karels who assisted me with getting finance and gave sound advice on available products. Vernan, the sales person, was also helpful and kept all his promises. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Even if they don’t have what you are looking for, they will try find it for you.
