Great customer experience at the pre owned section.
I have walked to many dealerships in the past two months and as much as the reception has been generally good, I would always feel like I’m dealing with people who simply wanted me to buy a car so they can reach their targets. This was not the experience at CMH Ford Gezina, PTA. I had spoken with Tshepo from pre owned division over the phone. We made an arrangement for a viewing. When I arrived I was welcomed by a gentleman who introduced me to Tshepo. This Tshepo was in the new car sales. He wasn’t the one I was supposed to meet. However, he was kind, pleasant and happy to take me to the Tshepo at the pre owned section. Usually sales executives rush you and try corner you. Tshepo was professional and told me what I needed to know while he took his time to understand my needs. We took the vehicle for a test drive and this did not feel rushed. I have been buying cars for years, but this was one of the few times I have dealt with someone who possesses the qualities of a great sales person- he is passionate, knowledgeable, patient, solutions driven and transparent. I did not just feel like another customer. Well done Ford Gezina for how your sales executives deal with people. I’m in the process of buying the vehicle, and the 1 hour to this dealership was worth every minute.

Pierre Erasmus the big Time *****!
Pierre Erusmus and this company Ford gezina is the pits. They do business with you, as a client they promise all sorts of **** but once the deal is done you’re on your own they will deny every promise made. Pierre erusmus the master mind, selling faulty cars.. guys watch out. The company is bad, VERY BAD!!!

They do business with you, as a client they promise all sorts of **** but once the deal is done you’re on your own they will deny every promise made. Pierre erusmus the master mind, selling faulty cars.. guys watch out. The company is bad, VERY BAD!!!

Heine and Pierre are Trash!! They are ****** too and have no manners. Even today my car is still not fixed. The ombudsman is definitely dealing with them and they messed with the wrong one. Guys please watch out when buying a car. Learn from my experience. These guys at gezina falsified a dekkra report and service history. I only learned this after the car I bought from them started acting up and they do not want to exchange it for me. Like I once said once the deal has gone through, that’s all it matters to them. I can’t want for the ombudsman to FINE this company and possibly shut them down! ********* business practices!!

Cmh, Pierre Erasmus mislead me. I will never forget you ****mer
Bad service. Bad manners and they customer service. I was told to bring my car in the morning they would attend to it. When I went to check on it late in the afternoon it still hasn’t been fixed. Pierre Erasmus is the one who supposed to make certain they do attend to it has been dodging me. This company does not care how one feels, once they got the sale they do not care!

Best experience for first time car buyer
My child set out to buy her first car ever and thanks to Kevin Barnes and Pierre it was a wonderful experience. They truly came through for her when it looked as if we could not afford her dream car. There’s a sales manager named Pierre Erusmus there. That guy will promise the world but when it comes delivering the promise he will make excuses. Bought a car from them and 2-3 months it started having problems. Now they do not want to fix or do anything with the car. For peace of mind please do not buy a vehicle from them. My lawyers and the ombudsman are still trying to resolve my case. This dealership is absolutely bad!! Bad news I assure you. They made me HATE MY FAVOURITE CAR!

Taking clients for granted
Buy a car from them and you will regret the rest of your life. These guys will sweeten the deal and promise everything. 2 and a Half months down the line my car started giving me problems and losing power. I took it back to them, they took it to they people who fixes cars with faulty engines. it’s been a month and they still not paying the third party company which they took the car to. Now they say I must pay the car due to negligence. Trying to pin everything on me yet the car had last been serviced 2017, a 2015 model for that matter. First time buyers do not buy from this dealer or you will regret
