I have walked to many dealerships in the past two months and as much as the reception has been generally good, I would always feel like I’m dealing with people who simply wanted me to buy a car so they can reach their targets. This was not the experience at CMH Ford Gezina, PTA. I had spoken with Tshepo from pre owned division over the phone. We made an arrangement for a viewing. When I arrived I was welcomed by a gentleman who introduced me to Tshepo. This Tshepo was in the new car sales. He wasn’t the one I was supposed to meet. However, he was kind, pleasant and happy to take me to the Tshepo at the pre owned section. Usually sales executives rush you and try corner you. Tshepo was professional and told me what I needed to know while he took his time to understand my needs. We took the vehicle for a test drive and this did not feel rushed. I have been buying cars for years, but this was one of the few times I have dealt with someone who possesses the qualities of a great sales person- he is passionate, knowledgeable, patient, solutions driven and transparent. I did not just feel like another customer. Well done Ford Gezina for how your sales executives deal with people. I’m in the process of buying the vehicle, and the 1 hour to this dealership was worth every minute.
