My child set out to buy her first car ever and thanks to Kevin Barnes and Pierre it was a wonderful experience. They truly came through for her when it looked as if we could not afford her dream car. Since January 2023 I've tried to cancel my insurance from FFW. On numerous times in January, February and March have I with success I thought as allow your agents told me so. In April I send numerous emails but to no avail. Again this month my premium had been paid. Now you owe me R5000. Please FFw your premiums are ridiculous and you didn't want to lower them. Give me my money back!!

I have been a loyal client of Miladys for several years. In 2014 I specifically asked them to remove me from their club membership which they did. In 2017 however I became aware that I was a club member again without my knowledge or permission to do so. It is now approximately 4years later and still I have to pay club fees. I feel that they are stealing my money and they need to pay it back.
As from November2017 I am trying to end my policy from Miway. Since then I only walk into walls and no help is offered!! I have phoned multiple times as my phone blocks their calls as spam. The last call was made on 19Decembet 2017 at 8:19 where Christina promised me that the issue is resolved and I do not need to worry anymore and no debit order will go off anymore!! Well surprise surprise! This morning Miway again took ovet R1000 for a policy I tried to cancell in November 2017 already!! What must I do MiWay?? I have moved so I am not residing at that address anymore but I have a home insurance policy that I cannot end?? I want to cancell the policy and and I want my R2000 back!! This is rediculous!
