Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Miladys *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* I am being ****** . Paid my account upfront . Got an outstanding amount in Feb and spoke to a consultant who said that the sales lady had miscalculated and R10 is outstanding. Which I paid. Now I get another SMS saying I owe R38.95. This is daylight ******* every month an outstanding amount when I paid the total amount for my purchase at the store. And now they not answering calls. I PAID IN THE STORE THE TOTAL AMOUNT. AND GETTING REMINDERS TO PAY.

I’m ****ed 😡 being ****** daylight?? I payed up my account and when I want to cancel the account they told me that I have arrears for not buying and i paid then now when I want to cancel they’re telling me that I have an insurance with them like njani ???? When I called them they don’t answer my calls …. I feel ****** this is ***** This is bull**** guys can someone help me out ???

Good day All I purchased on my miladys account in the last week before Christmas and paid up my account in the middle of January. I was charged a 5.00 card fee which I did not see or was even told about it. I then received another statement this month with another 5.00 fee added to it. So I must now pay 10.00 for a card fee. What daylight ******* is this. How is a company charging 5.00 to use your account card? I have not been purchasing on my account card for quite awhile so was unaware of these hidden costs. I phoned the call Centre today and the lady who answered the call says she is unable to credit this amount as it has to be paid? I then told her I rather close my account and she said no problem she will close it now. Can you believe that stores no longer teach their staff to value their customers and try to keep them as customers.. So if 1000 customers are paying 5.00 a month the store is making 5000.00 profit on a monthly basis what daylight ******* is this. Very upset and angry customer of over 40 years. Is this how Mildays treat their long term customers?

I had such a great experience at Miladys Bayside I was assisted by Nomvuzo , and she was amazing. She was friendly, patient, and really made me feel comfortable while shopping. Her positive attitude and helpful service made my visit so enjoyable. Thank you, Nomvuzo, for the excellent customer service

I had such a great experience at Miladys Bayside I was assisted by Nomvuzo , and she was amazing. She was friendly, patient, and really made me feel comfortable while shopping. I went to miladys eastgate shopping centre to buy a dress today,after paying i left and went to carrol boyes exactly oppossite miladys and i was followed by 2 workers from miladys accussing me of theft.The lady called zama came with some guy as backup.She asked me if i had taken sunglasses from the store cause she sees i am wearing glasses.I didn’t make much of it i just brushed it off and said no i only wear prescription glasses,next thing girl peeps inside my forever new plastic that i was carrying and asks if it is not their dress in the plastic then it clicked that am being accused of theft here and out of shock i took out the receipt showing i paid for it and immediately i fumed asking why they would embarrass me like this and the girls at carol were also shocked.After paying for my items at carol boyes i went back to miladys and asked for the manager.They showed zero remorse the apology was so so cold.After the embarrasment they put me through i want them to know that this is not the end especially the zama lady.Am going to deal with you and teach you all manners fools
