In spite of a message on Hello p eter on Monday and a reply that said they would get someone to contact me, it is now Friday and no word from Dotsure. They don't employ humans anymore just Bots and you can get NO help from them Don't waste your money on a policy with Dotsure YOU CANNOT MAKE A CLAIM IF YOU NEED.
I have been trying to lodge a claim for 2 weeks, with NO success. Every time I login, and attempt it says "Houston we have a problem" I Have tried everything to get my claim in. I am a pensioner and desperately need to get this money back You cannot get through to a human being for help , there is just bots and they cannot discern problems I have mailed someone called Annemi, but have made no progress 2 weeks later So disappointing as historically have had good service but now that it is all electronic, it seems to have gone wrong, now that they don't employ humans. Insurance is only as good as the last claim paid.
Dotsure claims to pay out in 48 hours but you cannot/impossible to submit a claim so it is easy to make this statement They only have a portal and when you log on It says "Houston we have a problem" You can only chat to a Bot which is pointless. I don't think they even employ humans anymore as no one can help No point in paying for a policy when all they can say is "Houston we have a problem"
I had a ******* and my ABSA credit card was ******. I immediately phoned ABSA *****. They play so many messages before you can get to speak to a person to stop your card. In that time transactions took place on my card. It is now one month later and no one will respond to me from ABSA *****. A very poor show from a company claiming that everyones story counts! Every other bank that I had cards from has refunded me
A Soda stream machine is an expensive purchase and then once you have it, it is impossible to find stores that have stock of the exchange cylinders. You phone them and there is no answer on the phone. Most disappointing after spending all this money on a machine.
This is a scam, I placed an order in August, got a strange tracking number and noting subsequent They are now sending emails saying to collect from a Post Office with fake telephone and email addresses. Don't be scammed
After a month of waiting g for an order, the customer service response you get is there is a "slight delay" . I wonder what a proper delay look like if after a month of waiting it is slight! The products are shipped directly from China and with current situation who knows when the products will arrive. Strongly suggest if you really want to receive your goods this is not the place to shop.
I bought a SMEG kettle just 2 years ago. It started leaking after 15 months and now is just like a sieve. What a waste of money. Much cheaper brands don't leak
