I was never asked a single unreasonable question
Our golden retriever swallowed a corn cob and needed emergency surgery on a Sunday night. The vet bill came to nearly £6,800. I was bracing for a battle with the insurer but the claim was preauthorised within 20 minutes,

They ****med my money they told me that they canceled my policy instead of refunding my money they told me many stories they supposed to refund me R1050 firstly they said I did not submitted invoices for 01.12.2025 I did same day but I submitted this month's now they are quite about my money and I want it

Very easy claim process. Highly recommended
I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Dotsure. I have had pet insurance with them for 2 years. The premium is so low. We recently had to take our cat to the vet for an emergency procedure and the process to claim was incredibly easy. Micheala Cronje assisted with the claim and we were paid out the very next day. I would highly recommend this insurance for your pets.
