I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Dotsure. I have had pet insurance with them for 2 years. The premium is so low. We recently had to take our cat to the vet for an emergency procedure and the process to claim was incredibly easy. Micheala Cronje assisted with the claim and we were paid out the very next day. I would highly recommend this insurance for your pets.
I Recently decided to try and find a more cost effective policy for our medical aid and didn't know where to start comparing. Did a quick questionnaire on hippo and was called back in less than 5 minutes with some great options. The agent knew exactly how the policies compare and explained it very well along with sending an email with quotations. What a convenient tool!
We have been with Fastway for a few years now. Initially when they first started, we had some teething issues, but I can confidently say that we have been receiving great service for some time now. Our agent, Melissa is absolutely fantastic in helping us deal with any problems (which happen with any courier company) and always responds so quickly when I send an email. The driver, Hector, that collects from us is great with communication and we just send him a message when parcels are ready. The bonus is that they have the lowest rates for all our shipments. Very happy with the service we are receiving.
It's not often I am impressed by any admin related to a municipality. We recently had a problem of a payment made to our electricity account that didn't reflect on our bill. I really didn't want to have to go into the actual offices and sit in a queue so I decided to try log the query via the online e-services portal. I was pleasantly surprised when they responded on the same day via email and phone call. I uploaded all the relevant documents onto the portal and they credited my account. The service was efficient and fast - a pleasant surprise!
W recently went through a bond transfer application with Sa Home Loans. Our consultant, ****ha, was absolutely fantastic with communication and guiding us through every step. They even offered us a better interest rate than what we are currently paying which was the cherry on the top.
I recently I had a small crisis in my business whereby I had to get a large load urgently to Cape Town. Melissa from Fastway, Umhlanga was incredible in taking my calls and assisting me even though it was the weekend. They organised everything with the Cape Town depot and the communication from Paul at the Cape Town depo was the best I have ever had from a courier company. He kept me up to date all the way and the driver who delivered was fantastic. Fastway is just getting better and better.
<p>I never complain about companies because I run one and I know how mistakes can happen, but this deparment is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life ! Just as a side note - I have loved FNB as a bank for my personal and business banking and have always had great service so this is not a complaint against the whole of FNB, just the merchant services. We recently used a speedpoint machine at a trade show. Our last day of trading was never paid out and we were instructed to send all the slips so it could be manually done - the payment had somehow gone missing on the system. We were duly paid out, but then noticed another large payment which wasnt due to us. Immediately we notified the merchant team to say there must be some mistake. NO RESPONSE other than asking us our merchant number. Then we had customers come forward to say they had been debited twice for their payment on a specific day of our trading - all for the day of the missing payout. What a hassle to try and get the customer's extra payment reversed. Over a month later and still only one reversal ! I understand the merchant deparment need account details etc from the customers, but they dont communicate what is happening at all. We have customers that are spitting mad, thinking we have defrauded them and your merchant services just dont communicate what is happening to us or our customers !!!!!! I email and phone just about every other day and get sent random reference numbers for chargebacks which are scheduled and I have no idea who they are attached to ? When I email to ask about this ... crickets .... no reply. And this is only the customers we know about who have been double debited. What about all the customers who have not checked thers bank accounts and dont realise they have been charged twice ? We have absolutely no idea how many there are becasue they payouts dont even match. I keep getting told that the merchant department will sort it all out, but I highly doubt it if they havent even sorted out the customers who have come forward with information. This has cost our company, not only in brand image but financlially as we have had to send complimentary gifts to disgruntled customers. Not easy for a small business. </p>
