Negligence
I bought a phone from Africa Mobile 2023 not sure about the month last year 2024 the phone was just blank not working I reported the case the book for repairs I went up and down with the phone because I don't know when did they call me one day we had a sport at school children stole the phone I reported the new case m sure it was may last year till today my case is not handled correct they said I must pay R350 for insurance I paid last year November till now I don't have phone it's me who called them they don't care whether I have or not as long as they get their money

Complaint and need investigation with this regards
Last year 10 th November my car was bumped at the back in the packing area I called my insurance auto and general they said my car is not covered then I go to the bank when I was there I was told that is the system from the back which reversed my premium because of pending transactions that is not my fault because I left the money in the back which I withdrawn on the 22 of October now the escalate the problem to the head office yhey said I reversed by myself I just need an investigation in that because I never reversed December m travelling fro Nothern Cape to my home Eastern Cape how can I go with a car does not have insurance madness

Want my money bcack from Shein they must refund my money
Ladt year September I ordered clothes from them fine they give me the tracking no when I tracked the parcel delivered in Pinetown October it was not my first time is my second order O received the 1st one now they promise to trace and said it back to me this year I asked for refund of R700 plus they promised now they are no longer respond to my email anymore I still need my goods or refund m staying in Upington not Pinetown

Frustrated Client
October Nedbank system reversed my car insurance because I never reversed and I don't know where is that money because it does not go back to my account on the 11 if Nover I got an accident my car was not insured for that month because of nedbank one of the consultant called me said I reversed the premium for what I dont know so selfish and useless

UNSATISFIED AND FRUSTRATED CLIENT OF STANDARD BANK
Iam so dissappointed about them I submitted a funeral claim on the 3rd of November my brother get missing September and he was find dead on the 4th of October we burried him on the 14th of October because of the Process from police Investigatar and Forensic I aught to submit my claim on the 3rd after I get police report up to now standard bank did not paid my claim tomorrow is the 3rd which means full months investigating they are not going to bring back my bother is dead and worse part they don't call me just quite till I called them myself never ever take funeral policy with them you will never burry your family as of now local business guy who gave me money for buying sheeps and groceries is taking me to court by not paying him thought that I get the money and I do my own priblems

Negligence about car problems
I bought a car last year they did not deliver till i call MFC my finance they said if they did not deliver up to a month i must cancel the deal they deliver the car some other places were not paintend mind the car is new to me with a month a car hand break did not work the passange seat break i reported the matter they said they the chair is not under warranty mind the car has 2 months then in a nut shell the car is totally damaged i heared funny things last year december the car i reportedthey said i must take it to diagnosis i send them the results But nothing happened that funny noise caused a damage to rhe cv joint and driving shaft they are brocken made the car stand still in the middle of the road that cost me R18457. 50 today as the 02 September 2022 when I go and fetch the car i have a high risk of the fanbelt which is totally damaged and the Steering rach both totally damaged i complaint about the car first day it comes help what can I do they are so racist i dont know whether because iam a black female

Old Car Problems
They are not selling good cars and very arrogant to help when you have problem I respect them my car the hooter not working they are not liable passanger seat brocken they are not liable the rubber us falling apart they are not liable they sell me the old accident car but they not liable with 149000 kms there is always rong things no service book in the car one old key not even change the casing the old car is new to me but need to be taken to mechanics when you need them to repair they take to Vereeniging instead of repairing in near by places incresed kilometers you buy second hand to them you kill yourself alive
