I logged the return within the cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act. At That time the The laptop. You took it the first time and assert it and your report didn’t specify any damage or scratches you rejected because you claim there was no FAulty found on laptop . When it was returned to me after the first assessment, I did not open the package , for your information I did special arrangements as I was at Toyota SA for Training and later I arranged for collection again in the exact same condition. I reject your claim that the laptop has scratches or that the packaging is not original, as I did not open or tamper with the item at any stage. Those scratches was done by you guys when you assess it. If this matter is not resolved urgently, I am escalating this matter to the National Consumer Commission and the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. Please confirm in writing how you intend to resolve this.

Santam car insurance review: -1.00 star rating. Been without a car for a week now from the incident. Car insurance premiums are debited on time from our account monthly but for a once off claim for an accident it takes more than a week to get approval for a claim with Santam. Leave alone repairs for the car which is still awaiting approval from the quote and also ordering of the spares. Be prepaid to wait for weeks for a claim to be approved with santam. Santam absolutely disappointed with the service and speed on the claim given that I rely on a car daily. I cant even access the car rental which we pay for monthly. I am still awaiting approval on the quote of the claim Procedures and policies in place and followed but never thought of the human element where me as a client who relies on the only car I have. I am absolutely appalled.

I'm not happy with your services. I will never recommend anyone to you, first time i took your products you deducted twice and you **** that agreed to take another product, second i fone you to change account details and you decided not to take your premium from tje new banking details that i gave you now I'm behind with my instalments because of that, lastly i said the deduction must be on the last day of the month but you decided to deduct on the 23rd and if you don't find you premium still that will affect me. My wish is finish this contract i have you and make sure that my family and friends nkowa about the experience I received from you to protect them from the this bad experience i recieved from you.
