Telkom not addressing the dubious subscriptions added to my LTE can without my knowledge have been to their branches in Mall of the South and Southgate malls and I am not getting answer that makes sense, this has been happening for almost 3 months now. Definitely cancelling my LTE and moving elsewhere..
Renewed my disc on the 8 of September and was told it will take 3 to 5 days am now on day 6 without any communication from them but they have my money
What a bad service indeed my claim was finalized but till today I haven't been contact by the assessor to bring my car for the repair. Got the confirmation on the 26th of January that the assessor will contact me till today nothing happened I keep following but still I get told told lies...
Very terrible service from Telkom its been two weeks now with connectivity issues they don't seem to give a damn, even their staff at the mall of the south don't care of what is happening they do not care no urgency at all, imagine buying data almost everyday while I pay full amount for the service I am not getting. Best way is to look for an alternative service provider thanks and good bye Telkom.
Either Vodacom does not train their staff or they just full of lies, to date the damn contract is still not removed my name, taking this up with my lawyers since you train your employees to lie to us. For this I am definitely moving my accounts to a different service provider this is nonsense.

Hi, I settled my account with Wesbank on the 06/07/2022 and 5 days later my account has not been update accordingly. I have to keep following up with different people tried calling and no luck really is my money not important. Guess this is the last time I will be using wesbank. thanks and good bye.
Called you this morning regarding the booking for Monday spoke to a lady and she transferred me to the service department no one responded from your service department. She took my number so that I will be contacted and no one contacted me. This is really poor service. This is not the first time I have experienced this service with you. This will be my last service with you., also to think I bought my two cars with you. I am very disappointed in the service you provide

This is very annoying now i keep getting debit order on the 15th of every month which i do not know or have ever authorised. This is the 3rd month just got another debit order today. Everytime i reverse these debit orders i get charged fees. So now have opted to close my accounts with Nedbank because they dont give a damn about our customers or even make an effort to solve these fraudulent debit orders.
