I have ordered some car pars from them, the most important it is my car headlights. iterms were delivered and only to findout that the right headlight is missing it is not in the box, but on the email they claim that everything was loaded. till do date I am still waiting, for feedback, I have an important interview on Thursday in JHB and now I will miss out due to take a lot, I cannot drive my car with missing items they are failing to to provide feedback, i will need them to compensate me for wasting my time and missing my interview i demand those JMM0 wireless black earbuds for free
I was forced to take and try out this new device called ZTE, used the device for 7 month and it started giving me issues where the device just dial itself. I called in and the device was collected within a week that was the 16th of January 2025. When I called in on Feb to ask when will I get my device, I was advised that they only received the device on the 29 of January. time wasted already but my debit order keeps on going even thou I don't have a phone. I kept on calling and ask them to remove my debit order and they don't. I was advised that they sent me a quote to pay my device for repairs and I am refusing to do so, that device is faulty due to manufactory and I am not paying for anything and they must cancel my debit order. I don't need their service anymore
I am soo gatvol with tracker and this Snazo agent who keeps on putting the blame to me regarding my bill. I took a contract on the 27 of June 2024, sales agent only advised that the debit order will include the prorata amount, she did not specify which month they will be debiting since installation was done on the 27 of June. Come July they billed me more and I had to reverse whereby I was never told tracker bills me in advance. All they've been doing is, they go and debit my account on random days whereby I did not agreed to, like the 10 or the 18th. The reason why they do that is to bill me penalties. I have emailed my bank statement showing I had money on the 26 which is the date that they should debit but they chose not to and go to debit me on the 10nth of the following month. I need all the penalties accumulated from October to be refunded to me since I have paid it, all I get from them is, debicheck debits at any time, they must remove me from that debit check and refund all those penalties, I have never have joy since the installation, agents there are rude and *********** they don't want to take responsibility, I will never suggest anyone to take a contract with them.
I am soo broken and angry at the same time, had a car accident 2weeks back, been applying for a loan and got declined, received a call by one of the clientele consultant who said I have been approved for R25000 I was soo excited that finally I will be fixing my car soon, this *****star insisted I confirm my bank account and the debicheck, and I did that until I have to read an SMS saying I have signed for a life cover, how can the big company like that allows such *****ulent activities takes place and damage me emotionally, I demand 2000 from them for trying to ***** me and causing me more depression, I am emotionally damaged and clientele just added more of that to my life 😭😭😭
What a racist guy is the financial management guy, submitted my application and he told me he will get back to me and he did not, when I called in, he says i am being declined because I am a bad payer, I was like, hello I have been paying my account well for the pas 7 years. 1s of all, he didn't even wanted us to go into his office, he pretended to be on the phone. I will never recommend anyone blackchild to go and buy a car there
I’ve never been so disappointed and neglected by Nedbank in my entire 2years of having a relationship with them, I’ve applied for a personal load 2 weeks ago and I’ve been only told it has been approved but nothing was paid to me. I was looking for 200k but they dropped by saying they can only give me 100k, I accepted the offer bcz I urgently need money, after 24 hours I was told that they can only offer me 63k due to off affordability. I took the offer, Constance and her team been ignoring my emails worse I even requested her TL or supervisor to call me and they promised to do so. I’ve been inconvenienced here because I could have done my license and wait for it while I still working from home, till do date no one has bothered to call me. Constance only told me that she’s waiting for my contract to be sent and it’s been a full 2 weeks now, I could have opted to other services providers but bcz I trusted them I kept waiting. Nedbank has done me dirty big time
Everytime when I visit then, no matter which area is, they treat me like a VIP, I will never opt out in visiting them, they are the best
I’ve never being soo disappointed and angry at the same time, I placed my order online and I bought few items and one of them it was a new balance sneaker, I received an email telling me that my order was cancelled, called the call centre to find out what is happening I was told that it was cancelled due to know enough funds and I am wondering how because I have enough credit. I was putted from pillar to post by call center agents whom the last I spoke to was very rude and sarcastic, she then told me that the item is out of stock, I wanna find out how can the item be out of stock while it is available online, they couldn’t answer me on that, I urge TFG to send that sneaker to me at no cost added to my account just for false adverti*****t, as a consumer I have the right to buy what I see. That sneaker must be sent to me as a gift, I demand
It’s been 2 weeks requesting my IPR5 forms from merchants jhb, finally the HR called Anwar Mahomad send them, the attachment she wants wants me to download the adobe reader and I told her that I’m unable to do so bcz it’s a subscription, she ignored me and now my tax returns are being delayed and now I will be penalised for that
I waited for 30’ minutes for an Uber driver to confirm the ride and pick me up, there were no driver available and to my surprise Uber deducted R60 I’m my bank, I want my money back and the extra charges from the bank, I’ve sent them a DM on Twitter but none of them bothered to come back to me
