Not happy at all with their service
Called you this morning regarding the booking for Monday spoke to a lady and she transferred me to the service department no one responded from your service department.
She took my number so that I will be contacted and no one contacted me. This is really poor service. This is not the first time I have experienced this service with you.
This will be my last service with you., also to think I bought my two cars with you. I am very disappointed in the service you provide

19 Jun 2022, 14:51Please accept my apology for this late reply. I regret that you had experienced the disappointing service you described. While at no time should ANY our clients experience poor service at MOTORDEAL, and trying to establish the cause of the unfortunate occurrence I realised that firstly, our regular staff and specifically the telephone receptionist had still not returned from christmas leave , and in addition we had installed a near PABX system with which we were having teething problems. I am truly sorry that you had to be subjected to this disappointing quality of service and promise that we will try MUCH HARDER to give you the superb service that you are entitled to.
If you would kindly call directly the next time you visit, I would personally ensure that we make up for your past disappointment..
