Wors service ever
Worst service every they took more than R6000 rand from me and don't respond properly. My loan was approved more than a month ago. I paid an initiation fee of over R3000 rand. I was suspicious but the consultant assured me.... when the loan had to be paid out I it was red flags so they wanted another R3000 and something rand, they new I had bad credit record. So I could u derstand I send numerous of email. Then I paid again more then R3000. I know stupid from me, but I was desprite I borred the money and se d. Finally I was going g to get my money or so I thought. This time I had to open an international account so the money could be paid into my account again n hiccup the international company wants over R6000 rand before the can disburse the money. Now I app**** for a loan because I was I financial stress. I already paid all the money I have. So please this is what I don't understand how do they expect me to pay all this money if I app**** for a lone because I don't have money. I'm still waiting my refund is still pending ding for I don't now hold long now I did receive a responds last week in an language unknown to me

After trying many other companies without success, this was the only one that genuinely helped me resolve my financial difficulties. The process was smooth, and I received my payout quickly after paying my fee and completed the required steps. I was told to send R5300 I didn’t and they said they can’t send money to my account so I’ll have to open an account with north cape reserved bank and I did so when I try to send money to my account they said I need to pay for swift code and it’s R6670 so they can send me a swift code

Firstly, I’d never recommend Best Finance Solution to anybody! My experience with them has been far fetched and unpleasant. I was approved a loan of R15 000 of which I was required to make initial payments of R2800 x 2 in order for me to release the funds, of which I had made payments of R2520 + R2400 which was sufficient enough to them to release my funds. I was then required to make another R5 000+ payment! I request for my application to be cancelled and for a refund on the 5th of July. I also posted a review prior to that and I was threatened and provided an ultimatum to remove the review with 5 hours of posting it or I wouldn’t receive my refund. I acknowledged their request and I received confirmation that my refund was submitted subject to a 15-30 days turn around time. It has been past 30 days and I’ve still not received my refund after doing multiple follow-ups.

I was approved a loan of R15K at the end of June/beginning of July however, they requested for me to make an initial payment of R2800 x2 and in order for me to receive my loan. I made a payment of R2520 and R2400 (of which they acknowledge was sufficient) however, I still didn't receive the loan. I requested a cancellation on the 5th of July and a refund of which I was told it was processed subject to a 15-30 days turn around time for me to receive my refund. It has been 30 days with multiple follow-ups done and still NO response and NO refund. To say the least. This was a complete ****! I posted a review earlier last month and I was threatened and I was provided an ultimatum to remove that review within 5 hours or they wouldn't refund me. I acknowledged their request to no surprise, it was all for nothing! I was later told that my refund was processed (5th July). There's further steps I'll be taking! I'm not going to accept this and move on.

Utterly dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Best Finance Solutions. To say the least, they’re a complete ****! They’ve asked me to pay admin fees of over R10 000 for a R15 000 loan. They’re disregarding my request to be refunded the first admin fee they’ve requested after they’ve promised that I’d get it back with the loan amount agreed. According to NCR, it’s not required for admin fees to be paid for a loan to be paid out. Should that be the case, then it’s highly a ****. I’ll be proceeding with opening a case with the SAPS and take it from there.
