Poor Services
Best Finance Solutions asked for an initation fee R1550 which was paid to release my loan. I did make payment. They then asked for another payment of R2500 to release my loan. I then instructed them to cancel my application and pay back the money they took from me. It's been weeks now and I have not received my funds. They blocked my number on Whatsapp and they don't respond to my email. I contacted the NCR and was advised that during a loan application I was not supposed to pay any upfront fee. NCR advised me to lay a complaint with the SAPS which I am considering if my money is not returned in full.

This company is a **** please stay away. They told me to pay an initation fee which I did so that they can process my loan. After making payment they asked me for another fee I then wanted to cancel my application and told three that I want a refund. They informed me that the refund will be delayed.

Worst experience ever
The most ********* business practice I have ever experienced with this company. They tell you your loan has been approved. However to gain access to the loan you need to make an upfront payment. Which was not disclosed in the contract. However when you do make payment they then ask you to make another payment of R2500. I then asked for my money back but they got excuses. Have reported them to the NCR.

Inefficient
The worst company ever. They tell you something they will get done and do the complete. When you try and get get them to reverse a debit order they got stories

Poor Service
They are not competent. Service is poor wanted to cancel a policy they still went ahead and debited my account. To reverse a debit order they are not helpful when it was not a fault of mine.
