Firstly, I'd never recommend Best Finance solutions to anybody! My experience with them has been awfully farfetched and unpleasing!

I was approved a loan of R15K at the end of June/beginning of July however, they requested for me to make an initial payment of R2800 x2 and in order for me to receive my loan. I made a payment of R2520 and R2400 (of which they acknowledge was sufficient) however, I still didn't receive the loan. I requested a cancellation on the 5th of July and a refund of which I was told it was processed subject to a 15-30 days turn around time for me to receive my refund. It has been 30 days with multiple follow-ups done and still NO response and NO refund.

To say the least. This was a complete ****! I posted a review earlier last month and I was threatened and I was provided an ultimatum to remove that review within 5 hours or they wouldn't refund me. I acknowledged their request to no surprise, it was all for nothing! I was later told that my refund was processed (5th July).

There's further steps I'll be taking! I'm not going to accept this and move on.
