Firstly, I’d never recommend Best Finance Solution to anybody! My experience with them has been far fetched and unpleasant.

I was approved a loan of R15 000 of which I was required to make initial payments of R2800 x 2 in order for me to release the funds, of which I had made payments of R2520 + R2400 which was sufficient enough to them to release my funds. I was then required to make another R5 000+ payment!

I request for my application to be cancelled and for a refund on the 5th of July. I also posted a review prior to that and I was threatened and provided an ultimatum to remove the review with 5 hours of posting it or I wouldn’t receive my refund. I acknowledged their request and I received confirmation that my refund was submitted subject to a 15-30 days turn around time.

It has been past 30 days and I’ve still not received my refund after doing multiple follow-ups.
