UTTERLY DISSATISFYING SERVICE!

Utterly dissatisfied with the service I’ve received from Best Finance Solutions.

To say the least, they’re a complete ****!

They’ve asked me to pay admin fees of over R10 000 for a R15 000 loan. They’re disregarding my request to be refunded the first admin fee they’ve requested after they’ve promised that I’d get it back with the loan amount agreed.

According to NCR, it’s not required for admin fees to be paid for a loan to be paid out. Should that be the case, then it’s highly a ****. I’ll be proceeding with opening a case with the SAPS and take it from there.
