Unauthorised debit order - Bestintern
I just woke up with a debit order off my account from these people that I don’t even know. @Capitec bank I’m so disappointed at you because I trusted you with my money and on top of it I can’t even dispute nor stop these people. I want my money asap, It was not enough that I once lost R11 000 under your watch and you did nothing to help me. You are about to loose a loyal customer

I just woke up with a debit order off my account from these people that I don’t even know. @Capitec bank I’m so disappointed at you because I trusted you with my money and on top of it I can’t even dispute nor stop these people. I want my money asap, It was not enough that I once lost R11 000 under your watch and you did nothing to help me. You are about to loose a loyal customer

Ponzi scheme
This people keep on taking my money, I canceled everything with them in July few minutes after i realized that the agent I was talking to **** abouut the product. I have been calling these poeple to refund my money they hang up me, when i sens an email i dont get a positive response. When they call me they keep me onhold until their call hangs up. Where can i report this ****mer cause i can't affort to change banks because of thhis people.

Very very annoyed of the debt mandate they keep on doing in my account because I never agreed to anything I don't even know the company and where did they get my contact details if something does happen I will have to contact the fais ombud for financial service providers and report them. Because what is that they want from me because I don't know them nor have idea about them
