I went to checkers as I wanted to use my PayJustNow. Upon arriving there I asked for help to link my Xtra savings with money market account unfortunately I wasn’t helped. The next day I call the toll free number explained my situation. The guy who was helping me also wasn’t able to and he transferred my call to the money market department. Fortunately the lady picked up that the reason why I can’t link it’s because the system is showing my old number. I confirmed everything and was told my voucher is stuck on my old number. Was then advised to send and emaill explaining everything which I did. 2 days down the line my email wasn’t actioned bear in mind I need to buy my child stationery. I really need this to be sorted as I sent all the necessary things they asked for
I just woke up with a debit order off my account from these people that I don’t even know. @Capitec bank I’m so disappointed at you because I trusted you with my money and on top of it I can’t even dispute nor stop these people. I want my money asap, It was not enough that I once lost R11 000 under your watch and you did nothing to help me. You are about to loose a loyal customer
I’ve been asking for a prescribed letter from Telkom since last month and they have been giving me a run around. My first email to then was last months where I got a reply from their automated email. Then they sent me statement of account. I then emailed back stating what I needed from then, then they apologise and said they will check up until now #BlackFriday
I’ve emailed Identity regarding prescribed letter as the account is over 3 years and they haven’t responded and that account is still showing on my credit profile
I’ve sent them an email regarding the prescribed debt that is over 3 years and no communication received from them up to date
I’ve asked for prescribed Letter as the account I had with them is over 3 years but still shows on my credit score but haven’t had any communication from them
Telkom account is still showing on my account but account over 3 years debt has been prescribed. I’ve asked for prescription letter to no avail.
I’ve emailed them regarding the prescribed letter for Capfin account as it was sold to them. The account is closed yet it’s still showing under my credit score
I’ve emailed truworths and identity asking for prescribed letters as the accounts are over 3 years and was informed that the debt was sold to DMC. I’ve emailed them but still no communication from them. I fail to understand why they are showing on my credit report
I booked a bus for 09:35 Tuesday from Pietermaritzburg to Johannesburg. On the departure day 30/09/2025 bus did not arrive. So we know usually the get delayed. The person I booked for was at the bus station at 21:00. At 10:20 when still she told me bus hasn’t arrived. I then searched for their number and luckily I got the toll free number. I asked the lady who answered how far is the bus and she asked me which bus and where was the departure and I told her. She then asked for my number and told me she will check and call me back. The friendly lady did call after 5 minutes and told me bus was overbooked and didn’t pass Pietermaritzburg. So I asked what should we do and she told me to book another bus and also asked where I booked the bus and I told her. She asked for the ticket reference and advised to go back to checkers to claim my refund. No messages were sent to advise of the bus not coming. On Wednesday I went to checkers and ask for the refund and I was told they need to give me some number to give to checkers confirming that the ticket must be refunded. The checkers lady tried to call on their side while I was trying to call on my side to no avail. Since Wednesday up until now still hasn’t gone through only getting that their numbers are busy. All I want is my money. The ticket was booked under Zoleka Miya. Can they contact me via email portiamchunu5@gmail.com since I don’t carry my phone when I’m at work
