The worst restaurant we have ever eaten in! The stupid waitress couldn't get a simple order of 3 dishes correct so brought food for only 2 people even though there were clearly 3 people. Pathetic! No apology was made and I finally had to go to Burger King to get food to eat as I had not received any food from them. What should have been a great experience with my family turned into a nightmare! It was a horrible experience! STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT! We will never eat in this poor excuse of a restaurant again!

Worst experience EVER!! Empty belt, only take aways being made. In 2hours we got 6 plates and were expected to pay for the full buffet. Ridiculous! People just got up and left. Cape Gate Worst of Asia you will never see us again

Had the buffet...very disappointed in the new rules regarding items that are starred all of sudden that you are only allowed to have once. Secondly the chef dumped an empty stainless steel dish (that the salmon was) in next to me while i was having lunch. Then to top it all off i ordered my chocolate spring rolls that arrived without chocolate sauce when i asked about this i was told they are out of stock on the sauce....seriously disappointed!!

I used to enjoy going there for the all you can eat sushi, but honestly after Friday night I'm not going back... It was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. 1st of all the service was non existent, and the chow mein took half an hour to come out the kitchen and I had to get up twice to get my waitresses attention, they also didn't have any clean glasses and served our drink in milkshake glass. The sushi chef has his music (west African music) blasting at full volume on a portable speaker behind the counter, so loud that you couldn't hear the person next to you. (in fact you could hear it from outside the mall) And by the time my food did arrive they were mopping up around me because they wanted to close...what I witnessed behind that counter was disgusting, prawns in what looked like a mop bucket on the floor, and rags that I could see raw fish on being used to wipe things down,and a bucket of filthy water just being dumped down the prep basin right next to the salmon....

Very disappointed that I was unable to use my Mall voucher to pay for dinner. I had already ordered food and drinks and was told that my voucher would not be accepted. I was assured by the Mall Information Centre that my vouchers could be used in any store/restaurant in the Mall. This ended up being a very embarrassing and inconvenient experience for me and my daughter as I had budgeted to use these vouchers.

Really good food and reasonable prices just needs to improve their customer service. ( Cape Gate branch). We waited really long for a starter which was weird since the restaurant was not busy.
