Call out for Human Error

<p>Best Plumbers were called out to attend to "water leakage".  They were on time and quick to respond. I unfortunately had not been at home due to business to tell them</p> <p>I unfortunately had not been at home due to business to tell them what was happening or open for them.   So i had to get someone with keys to be there.   Turns out that the Sink tap was accidentally left open and water had been running long enough for the neighbours to query it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Best Plumbers were called out to investigate and Gavin was kind enough to laugh at my error and not charge me for the call out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very professional, rapid response and good business acumen too.  I highly recommend and </p> <p> </p>
