Best Plumbers are the Best Plumbers in Northern Suburbs of Pretoria
Best Plumbers (Zambezi/Sefako Makgatho Drive) gives such friendly and good service. After Drain Surgeon left us disappointed, Best Plumbers really saved the day for us. Not only was their response time faster, but they even phoned to update us to let us know they were running a bit late, and sending out another team. Their prices are reasonable (Half the Price of Drain Surgeon). Their call centre was friendly. The plumbers were friendly and made sure the job was properly done. Definitely recommend them!

Best Plumbers are the Best Plumbers in Northern Suburbs of Pretoria
Best Plumbers (Zambezi/Sefako Makgatho Drive) gives such friendly and good service. After Drain Surgeon left us disappointed, Best Plumbers really saved the day for us. Not only was their response time faster, but they even phoned to update us to let us know they were running a bit late, and sending out another team. Their prices are reasonable (Half the Price of Drain Surgeon). Their call centre was friendly. The plumbers were friendly and made sure the job was properly done. Definitely recommend them!

Great Service
I recently had an insurance claim for my geyser that popped. The 2 technicians from Best Plumbers were on the ball regarding service delivery. They know their trade and the job was completed without any issues. I would definitely recommend Best Plumbers to everyone.

Great Service

Bad experience
Had a waterpipe leak in my house. Insurance company instructed Best Plumbers to fix. Paid the money as per Insurer. After1 month Best Plumbers came back with a request to pay over R200 for short payment from Insurer. Advised thatInsurance ompanies does not always pay for material used. Asked them why they use material which they know the insurance doesn.t pay for. Next I received letter from debt collector to pay otherwise they will hand me over to attorneys ,which they did. I will not use them again and will not allow them again on my premises.

Bad experience

Worst Plumbers
Had a problem with my Geyser, Geyser didn't heat the water. Called Best Plumbers - they send out a plumber, plumber checked and said that nothing is wrong with the Geyser, and called their electrician to come and have a look. we received an invoice from their electrician, with a call out and repair fee. We paid the invoice. Now I keep on getting calls from Amelia saying we never paid!!!! Now they come with a story that we are suppose to pay a call out fee for the plumber (who did nothing - and he called out his electrical department). And we have a call out fee that we paid from the electrical division . This is insane... as i called and said I dont know what is wrong and we don't have warm water. and we only received invoice, that was paid the same day that they fixed the geyser problem. Now they want us to pay an invoice that we never received and they have the nerve to ask if they can email it, and we can make arrangements to "pay them off" ? Seriously !!!! Pathetic!!! So in the end we must pay 2 call out fees ..... for 1 job done?

Worst Plumbers

Worst plumbers we have ever experienced!
Worst experience ever! They came out and notified us they switched of the extra geyser so everything should be working now. Later that evening our water was still cold, never warmed up. Gave them a call the next morning early,they only arrived at our house at half past five that evening. Then came with the story we need to get an electrician out- as we did. The electrician notified us all the electrical side is perfect and that it is the element that went on our geyser. So 3rd attempt phone them again and they cant assist due to the fact that they can't give us a price on the element. They will only be able to assist the next morning! 3 days of their service and still no results!! Worst service from plumbers we have ever experienced!!

Call out for Human Error

So i had to get someone with keys to be there. Turns out that the Sink tap was accidentally left open and water had been running long enough for the neighbours to query it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Best Plumbers were called out to investigate and Gavin was kind enough to laugh at my error and not charge me for the call out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very professional, rapid response and good business acumen too. <p>My geyser started leaking so I contacted Santam and they appointed Best Plumber cc in Sinoville Pretoria. They arrived late and did not do much but they apparently stopped the leak. the next morning I realised that the geyser was still leaking? when i phoned them they said they thought it would start again because the pressure was too much in the geyser. HA-HA, what a joke, when we tried to find the new leak we realised they only pusked a pipe into a fitting? this way they knew that I would contact the Insurance again and the Insurance would arrange for the geyser to be moved. this way they would have a bigger invoice!! they are skelms!!! </p>
