Waste Removal - City of Tshwane Sinoville Satellite Office (North East Region) I am honestly so disappointed with the horrible service we are receiving from our municipality and the waste removal department. For three months we have been charged for three bins... when we only have two! My husband and I have visited the office to ask them to rectify the issue, and their response was that an inspector claimed to have seen three. We do not know how, because we do not have three. So being overcharged for three months without providing any evidence? How on earth did he see three drums? Was he drunk maybe? Because we only have two. Nathan said that the inspector will come out to do an inspection... Which till this day has not been organised. Now this week all the drums were emptied except ours... So paying for three and getting service for none. Honestly, I'm tired of fighting with incompetence.
We are super disappointed in the nurses who work at Montana Hospital… My mom was in ICU and were left to wait almost an half an hour after she told the nurses she needed help to go relieve herself. To worsen the situation, later in the evenings when patients are trying to sleep, the nurses decide it is their time to socialize and talk super loudly with one another. This is super frustrating for extremely sick patients! Why are the supervisors not involved and overseeing their unprofessional behaviour? So glad she got moved to Groenkloof.

I recently made a purchase of three products online, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. The payment for the items was deducted from my husband's bank account, but, surprisingly, the online purchase did not register on the company's system. In an attempt to address this issue, I reached out to the customer service department, requesting a thorough check of their finances and bank accounts to verify the received funds. However, after a week of waiting, I have yet to receive any proper feedback or resolution. Given the lack of communication, we are now compelled to escalate the matter to our financial institution, FNB, in order to request a reversal of the payment and report the incident as *****. This experience has been disappointing, to say the least, and I hope that the company takes the necessary steps to improve its customer service.
On a Saturday morning, we decided to stop by Montanelli's while getting our cars washed. The breakfast experience was delightful, with the venue bustling with the morning crowd enjoying the breakfast buffet. The music and overall vibe added to the positive atmosphere. Looking forward to another visit soon!
The food is delicious and they have lovely specials.

I am extremely dissatisfied with your service! After seeing the Checkers 60 App Prompt, I decided to purchase a few specials. I decided to buy 8 Bella Vita pizzas on special, which were advertised for "Buy 4 for R149. I picked 8 pizzas and continued shopping. Upon check out, it notified me that one of the pizzas items (I added two) in my cart were out of stock. I chose another and proceeded the checkout. However, the alternative I had only had one chosen... so instead of 8 pizzas, I only had 7, so immediately one of the specials were gone. Then, when they were doing the shopping, another pizza were put of stock and I had to choose an alternative. To top it off... another special was ruined, because I took a bundle deal of bananas and apple, and the apples were out of stock and I had to choose another alternative, that was not part of the bundle deal. What angers me, why advertise special deals, if there is not enough stock, or a way to cancel the entire special if the items unavailable!?!! Not only was two special deals ruined, but they were items I NEVER would have purchased if they were not on special. So instead of having a great feeling that I have scored a great deal, I feel cheated. I am so angry and disappointed with Checkers.
Alexander Forbes is horrible at communication. I have filed a claim, and did not receive any information. I phoned in to hear if they are making progress... where the lady informed me that apparently there was a change on my personal information. Which meant that I had to send through a certified copy of my email and a bank confirmation letter. First of all... how on earth could there be any changes on my personal information without me making those changes? Secondly, why was I not informed of this? Cause all the information on the app was correct. I submitted the information and had to phone in AGAIN, to make sure that everything was in order to process my claim. The guy told me they have received it, and will submit it to the right department, thereafter, it will take 24-48 hours to process the information. I tried to phone 48 hours later (which was Thursday), and a few times after, however, I get a busy tone when phoning the call centre. Common people, sort out your service delivery. Cause not only is it shocking, but your clients deserve better! Please have someone in your call centre to get back to me, and give me an update.
