The most pathetic municipality I’ve ever seen, I try for the last year to get my Refund on the property I sold a year ago back from them, you e-mail almost every department in Tshwane and nobody give a dam, If they reply it always the wrong e-mail you used , Customer service , Helpdesk, Refund department and so you go on, I honestly think we as citizens in Tshwane deserved a better service and we as residents soon will be like the Free state and the rest of the poorly managed municipalities , I believe we should stop paying for people sitting in offices who do nothing except using and *****ing our money.

This is about 9 months.Complaining.About a tree standing outside our yard.And making damage to my property and road I've been 7 times into tshwane And all they say they will come out give a reference number and nothing happens.I even put on a community group.And all they say they will come back to me but nothing happens.So can you please tell me what's happening if the tree falls who's to blame?

It is now literally every other weekend our electricity in and around 15th Avenue, between Hertzog Street en Paulsen Avenue is off. And residents should cry to Councillors before something gets done about it. Why!!!! City of Tshwane shine in providing pathetic service.

The City's of tshwane municipality,are playing games ,by collecting brive money ,every day complaints ate done regarding the busines at Taungstreet 10, westpark, ward 3,Pretoria west,every day nothing are done about it,every day harrasing nuisance car repairing business from a residential house from a residential area,from 07;00 untill 3 oclock in the morning 7 days a week, load reffing if vehickes,load idling fur minimal 30 minutes to 3 hours non stop,racing vehicles up and down,the municipality refuses to put speed humps,blocking the street and sidewalk with staff and customers vehicles,working on vehicles in street, screaming and shouting,car alarms,load music from vehicles,its a disturbance every day, spillage of oetrol , diesel, vehicle fumes in the air , it's unbreathable,so many different complaints done from Metro police Phillip nell park ,to bylaw enforcement,to the building inspectors from ward 3,to Directors,but all are ignored. Bylaw enforcement!

It is Tuesday 15.00 and we have been without power since Friday. They know the cause. One of THEIR transformers need to be repaired/replaced. But we are not a priority as it is only 2 plots, a church and a cell phone tower. We are the last property before an open veld and then a squatter camp. We have had high crime including 4 highjackings in front of our entrenched. All our security is off as we are do l9ng without power but do they care? That's a hard no. But pay your bill a bit late and their is always somebody available yo cut ypu off. Disgusting service.

The municipality does not do any maintanance on any level on open spaces, cemeteries,sidewalks , road maintenance, roadsigns, robots, warning signs,street lights , bylaw enforcement are a joke in tshwane,no enforcing bylaws on ******* businesses in residential areas,no bylaw enforcement on ******* building on properties ,changing of structures of properties ,no disconnecting ******* power connections,and ******* water connections,the fact that so much staff are paus each month but not delivering any services,even getting bonuses,and not even talking about the ***** department regarding tenders,and the municipality waste removal ***** , not crediting customers back,
