Worst Customer Service Ever received from Steers received as a single parent.
In this day and age where customer service is supposedly important, The complete reverse was experienced at Storage Worx Montana. I leased a storage at Montana Storage Worx, for a year and half now. 1. The new managing agents AFHCO send me a statement that we were in arrears but could give no proof as they did not have access to the previous managing agent accounts. I categorically stated to them that I could not be in arrears as all my payments from month one was paid up to date, and proof of payments has been send numerous times! And you never receive any feedback from anyone at their offices. Do yourself a favour and don't make use of Storage Worx in Montana, and as I read the previous reviews, it seems to be all of the branches.
I would like to share my experience. Women alone with a flat tyre. They made sure they are there asap and dropped me of right at my door to assure that I am save, such service does not happen on a daily basis anymore. I am thankful and definitely recommend them to anybody.
As per the lease agreement. Just Property did not meet their end of the bargain and is therefore in material breach of the contract of the lease agreement. Due to the property was inhabitable and Just Property failed to maintain aspects of the property that they stipulated in the lease agreement that they would. As stated on the lease agreement 23.Destruction or Damage. “Should the Premises at any time during the Lease be badly damaged or destroyed to the extend that the Tenant is not able to live in the Premises, then this Lease shall automatically come to an end. The Landlord/Agent and the Tenant shall remain responsible for his/her respective duties as stipulated in terms of this Lease, up to such date that the Lease has ended and neither party will have any further claim against the other.” And I sent an email to the agent on the 21st of September querying the utility services and how to go about. I had to follow up on the 27th of September again due to no feedback. I got a reply on the 27th stating that the agent will confirm if the utility bill is still with PEC Metering. On the 29th of September I received an email stating that the utility bill is at PEC Metering. And that I should apply for the necessary paperwork on PEC metering’s site to get the electricity onto my name. On the the 30th I notified the agent that I did request for the documents and still awaiting their feedback. The agent forwarded me the paperwork for PEC Metering to apply for the electracy to be on my name. I filled in the paperwork and sent it through to the email address stated on the documents. On the 1st of October 2021, the electricity was still not switched on. Petru Grimbeek sent an email Friday the 1st of October at 15:17 stating that PEC Metering is no longer the managing agent for Eftyhias Gardens anymore. Together with an refund form which I must fill in for them to refund my R2800.00 deposit. Next email from Kayla at Online Billing Solutions at 16:00 1 October 2021. To find attached to documents to be filled in and to forward them a proof of deposit of R2000.00. All to be done before 16:30 to have the electricity connected for the weekend. I have been lied to on Thursday the 30th of September 2021. As I was promised to collect the key the afternoon. I was called by the agent, asking if it would be possible to collect the key the 1st of October 2021, due to their cleaning services going to clean the premises before my arrival. And as the state of the premises on the 1st of October 2021 15:00. There was definitely no cleaning company on the premises. As you can see, I have been lied to and promises wasn’t kept. Now JUST PROPERTY MONTANA are arguing to pay my rent back. They have cost me unnecessary costs, as I had to get a place to move in asap. Where I had to put down rent and deposit again. And I had to pay the moving company double due to the time and date not kept as arranged. And this all to JUST PROPERTY MONTANA. For me being a single mom I cant afford to loose R6200, for something that was not my fault. If the premises was inhabital to stay in, they would of found tenants asap, due to the state of the place they couldn't and now they want to make it my problem. And I have photos to state the premises state on the 1st of October 2021
I stopped at my OK in Doornpoort, as per usual on a daily basis. As I just needed cigarettes today. I walked straight to the cigarette counter at the 1 entrance of the shop. (where no where it is stated that you may not enter) I was rudely advised that I must use the other entrance to sanitize, not greeted friendly and with arms folded. The sanitizer is right next to Pamela, as I asked okay could you please sanitize my hands then. With arms folded, stated rudely so then take it. I just turned around and walked out, as I have never in my life experienced such bad service from anyone. I mentioned this to management, and only said I will sort it out. No after service was offered or even what I needed in the first place. I will never support OK Doornpoort ever again after my experience, I will much rather drive another 5km to Checkers where I always get service with a smile and they respect you as a customer.
Worst experience ever! They came out and notified us they switched of the extra geyser so everything should be working now. Later that evening our water was still cold, never warmed up. Gave them a call the next morning early,they only arrived at our house at half past five that evening. Then came with the story we need to get an electrician out- as we did. The electrician notified us all the electrical side is perfect and that it is the element that went on our geyser. So 3rd attempt phone them again and they cant assist due to the fact that they can't give us a price on the element. They will only be able to assist the next morning! 3 days of their service and still no results!! Worst service from plumbers we have ever experienced!!
My husband decided to treat us on a boat trip out on sea. At first we arrived and as per their adverti*****t it will be R180 per adult and R120 per child to go on the boat out on the sea. We paid R360 to go, to have the experience to go out on sea and not just in the harbour. Nevertheless we got on board and as we were about 5 minutes into our cruise the nightmare started with unbearable loud music and the people making a noice and dancing. We couldn't even hear each other talking. If we wanted to go on a party boat we would of. We just wanted too give our daughter a nice experience. When she wanted to go to the loo, my poor child couldn't. The toilet was so blocked up if you will sit the blocked up water will touch your skin with a unbearable odour. We couldn't wait to get off!!!!!!!!!! And we only had a cruise in the harbour, not what we paid for!!
