HAVENT RECOVERED YET FROM POMONA MAJOR THEFT, NOW CANT ACCESS GREENSTONE PREMISES
The Greenstone warehouse has been ******ing around with their access control system...and while they have an office right on the premises, no-one has been there on the past two Sundays to help me gain access to the premises. Tried calling their access number, and the call is denied with response LINE BUSY. WTH... get your act together, and get someone to stay in THAT office on the premises during the day, as opposed to hiding away in a remote office elsewhere in the Mall

This Company doesn't give a damn about your valuables burglars broke into their storage in Steeledale on the 20th Nov 24 Tessa said they viewed the footage nothing was taken I showed her videos and pics before and after 4 of my boxes were missing she did not reply read my messages and ignored me on the 21st I sent her a message she said they are busy investigating she will inform me if there is any news between the 21st Nov and 26th Nov I sent her 3 more messages which she ignored I called her today, she claims she can't remember the cameras was cut so how did she see nothing was taken in the first place? then she says she will call Busi, the lady on that site who also knows nothing......I am ever sorry I dealt with these people your things go missing and they treat you like it's your fault. She said she is viewing footage then she says the wires were cut so she is a **** as well

Avoid. Owner will ***** your property
This Company is run by *******. Avoid!!! We found all our household property gone with no sign of break-in on the unit. After speaking to owner Tessa Willemse it appears her business model includes *****ing from her clients. We will make sure this time she is brought to book.

Rented their storage and I have been paying rent when I went to collect my furniture the unit was empty everything gone spoke to Tessa the area manager she said she can’t help and storageworx is closing down she can’t help very rude

Thieving company - do not make use of this company
We have 2 storage units at Pomona site, visited our units today to find that our units have been broken into, and all our furniture an appliances have been ******, we did not visit our units often. I am heartbroken! And I see that it is an ongoing issue, there are multiple reports of theft on Helo Peter alone, locks was still in tact, you can see the pop ribbets have been tampered with. Definitely an inside job.
