I booked a seat on the shuttle from Nelspruit to Pretoria on the8th of July 2023. I had to do an immediate payment in order to reserve my seat. An hour and a half AFTER the pick-up time, I got a Whatsapp message from the owner apologizing that they can't accommodate me as the bus is full, BUT they will refund me my R950. All messages are met with an automated reply and nobody answers their cell number. To date I am STILL waiting for my refund or an answer. Worst shuttle service in the Lowveld.

My family members consisting of 8 adults and 1 child were booked on a 13h30 charter over the weekend. We arrived at 13h00 and stood in line, in the rain. We were advised there was an issue with the boat engine and still waited for it to be fixed. At 14h00 we were told the part needed to be sourced and we should rebook for a later time or get a refund. Upon requesting the refund, we were told we cannot get one as we purchased vouchers on Daddys Deals. The woman was absolutely rude, pathetic customer service. Chantel was arrogant and racist. She has 2 boats, refused to accommodate us and put us on the second boat. I would never recommend them!!!!

The staff were friendly. Such a wonderful experience on the boat. The staff went beyond my expectations with assisting me when there was a mix up with the date that I booked and even though I got the dates wrong,they still accommodated me.

My husband decided to treat us on a boat trip out on sea. At first we arrived and as per their adverti*****t it will be R180 per adult and R120 per child to go on the boat out on the sea. We paid R360 to go, to have the experience to go out on sea and not just in the harbour. Nevertheless we got on board and as we were about 5 minutes into our cruise the nightmare started with unbearable loud music and the people making a noice and dancing. We couldn't even hear each other talking. If we wanted to go on a party boat we would of. We just wanted too give our daughter a nice experience. When she wanted to go to the loo, my poor child couldn't. The toilet was so blocked up if you will sit the blocked up water will touch your skin with a unbearable odour. We couldn't wait to get off!!!!!!!!!! And we only had a cruise in the harbour, not what we paid for!!

A lady called Chantel that I have been communicating with in the past weeks for a boat ride with my friends when we were in Durban for the weekend was so rude to us .I had a chain of our email communication and two vouchers that I bought on daddies deals when we got there she told us that a lady called precious has cancelled although I have never communicated with her via telephone only emails we tried and convince her that we booked and never cancelled she told us to **** off as that place is hers she is the owner of it she can do what she likes .She is the rudest person I have never seen in my life so inconsiderate , racist of note .

<p>I bought a Groupon voucher as a gift and tried to make a booking via telephone. The lady over the phone was very rude and told me to make a booking via email. I sent through an email and they told me that they are fully booked, but I must submit my voucher. I sent through the voucher and asked when the earliest availability was. They did not respond until I followed up nearly a week later. I was told that their earliest availability was after the Groupon expired and they again asked for me to send the voucher. I again responded with my voucher and told them that my voucher would expire. They once again did not get back to me, so I phoned them. I was told that it was my fault they hadn't booked me because I hadn't sent through my voucher and when I said that I had sent it through twice and that I was disappointed with the service I was getting, I was told I have an attitude. I resent the emails where I had attached the voucher. They responded the next day with a time and day we had to be there and in the email saying: "Don't be late." Unfortunately that time and date did not suit me and she did not care to check with me. I decided to rather cancel the voucher directly with Groupon and get a refund. I informed Hakuna Matata Charters that I had cancelled and also mentioned how disappointed I was in their service; they responded with an email saying: "That's fine." </p>

Three weeks later she called us to say that she had cancelled the booking and we had to sort our own accommodation out. No care for the fact that this is a difficult time of year to find accommodation. Blamed us for a 1hour late payment resulting in the cancellation of the booking, but with no explanation for why they did not inform us until three weeks later.<br> <br> We have a very strong guess that she took a five day booking over our three day booking to benefit herself.<br> <br> Bad bad attitude and very rude. Stay away.
