RUDE and ARROGANT- Chantel

My family members consisting of 8 adults and 1 child were booked on a 13h30 charter over the weekend. We arrived at 13h00 and stood in line, in the rain. We were advised there was an issue with the boat engine and still waited for it to be fixed. At 14h00 we were told the part needed to be sourced and we should rebook for a later time or get a refund. Upon requesting the refund, we were told we cannot get one as we purchased vouchers on Daddys Deals.

The woman was absolutely rude, pathetic customer service. Chantel was arrogant and racist. She has 2 boats, refused to accommodate us and put us on the second boat.

I would never recommend them!!!!
